Equipment is in disrepair for days or weeks. Areas designated for express workout are not monitored by staff. People are on phones and on equipment for a long time. This is disrespectful of others trying to do the circuit.

I'm a regular for at least 4 days a week. Staff are friendly and keep the place clean. Good variety of weights and machines. Overall a pleasant experience.

Awesome gym. Well worth the money. A lot of machines to work out on as well as free weights and a pool. Highly recommended 👌 …

Be aware…so easy to sign up online but difficult to cancel. It has to be in-person, also….midway through your subscription, you will be charged $40 (as of today) as annual fee.

Ok. Staff are nice. Place is a little dirty. Pay for black card privileges, and dues for the machines to work, yet only one of each black card privalage works. Hydro-chair, only 1 works. Massage chair- only one works. That sucks

I love going to the gym, but had to say that this Sat & Sun the most used paper towel dispenser was empty for 2 days. Many people who work there are bunched up and talking. Also today I was on a treadmill and a guy put his dog on the treadmill next to me. It was a bit annoying, and smelt like dog. Take your dog to the dog park? If he's a special dog then keep him o a leash and off the equipment. Guy wasn't wipi g stuff down afterwards. Love the gym, but this is not good.

Great staff! Always helpful and friendly. Very clean, a staff member always on the floor or rest rooms. Really enjoy working out here.

I started this gym last week, i like the space and that there is so much equipment. The only thing that grinds my gears is in the 30 minute work out section which is convenient for me, or should be convenient, isn't. People don't use this section as its intended to be used, Four different times now. some guys walk up in there on the next one im suppose to hop on and they stay there for a looooong time. Using it like its any other machine out side of the 30 min. Area and it messes up the whole routine and purpose of all the numbered work outs.

Pretty good gym for $10-20 a month. Large well lit and clean facility. Tons of cardio equipment. Subdivided smaller rooms for targeted exercises. Unless you are powerlifting or doing CrossFit, you can find whatever you need in planet fitness. Didn't interact with any staff, but they had plenty of people working there.

Extremely clean but hydro-massage tables, chairs, and deep tissue machines always down. Tried P/F in Tulare off Cherry but it was filthy and employees showed no concern for cleaning hope MGMT can rectify situation
