Planet Fitness

Too many machines are broken and take weeks to fix if then. Excuse is always “covid supply chain issues”. We use a planet fitness when we are in Arizona and their machines are always in good repair. If one is broken it is fixed promptly. Seems like this Visalia owner is only interested in taking in the fees and not keeping the gym up to par

Nice gym but no hot water shower, not even tempered... On a cross country road trip and we stopped in to this planet fitness to use the bathroom and brush our teeth before we crashed for the night. My partner is a black card member and I am their guest, they scanned their card and we walked in. While I was in the bathroom my partner asked if this planet fitness allows over night parking, some do and some don’t. The girl behind the counter said yes then took back what she said. That’s fine no big deal. We have one tube of tooth paste so when I’m done with brushing my teeth I walk out to my partner and hand them the tooth paste. He hands me the keys and I start walking out to the truck. On my way out I get stopped by the same girl who my partner asked if they allow overnight parking. She asks “do you even have a membership”. I explain how I’m a guest my partners in the bathroom and he’s a black card member, so I don’t have the QR code. I said I’ll text him to scan on the way out and I’m gonna head to the truck it’s 1am. She wouldn’t allow me to leave, she looked in the checked in log and he wasn’t there (even though he had checked in) then she asked for his name and phone number and apparently both were not showing up in the system. I said again I’ll have him scan when he’s done in the bathroom. At this point I felt judged for using the service that we pay for then getting accused that we don’t pay for that service. She was trying to make small talk with me while waiting for my partner to show his QR code. He finally comes out and scans and she allows us to leave. Like I said we are going cross country and have stopped in many planet fitness’s to shower use the bathroom, etc and not one that we have stopped at has gave us this much trouble. This planet fitness is not a judgment free zone!

I trusted my sister to get me a membership to any gym for my birthday. PF was a nice choice. The facility is clean. The machines look to be in great condition. I dont feel like the workers are staring me down while I workout. Planet Fitness is small but has as lot to offer.

My granddaughter loves this place. It's her outing.

Very clean, spaces and plenty of equipments for everyone's.. i am enjoyed it.. good vibe & cool air...

The showers run out a hot water and it gets full during the weekend but more on Mondays.

Clean and the staff is polite. More people would join of parking was accessible.

I may not get there as often as I'd like to workout but when I do it's nothing short of amazing. The perks that come with a black card membership are definitely worth it... And if you have any aches and pains, definitely go black card and utilize that HydroMassage 😍 …
