Very clean, brand new equipment. Good customer service. Was a member for a few months but quit due to very long drive to the gym like 35 min each way. I found a closer gym but I still miss planet fitness it us so much better than in shape. By far.

I joined this gym done months ago. I love that is affordable and open 24hrs. There's plenty variety of equipment to suit your every workout need. Showers, lockers, and air conditioned facility makes your visit here a pleasant yet simple one.

Its a beautiful, classy gym. The people who come in are friendly and smile. Its kept clean. On the downside, be careful when signing up. I was lied to twice about the membership and fees. When I brought it to their attention I was given a "deer in headlight" dumb stare and argued with. Another downside is the women's showers have very low water pressure. I asked about this also and was told that's just the way it is. There is no soap in shower or towels available like at In Shape. And at In Shape should there be a financial issue, it is quickly and efficiently addressed.

I love this place!!! I get to workout comfortably without people's judgments. I can get a tan there. The bathrooms are clean and best of all after all that I can get an amazing massage. Love it

Gym has plenty of treadmills needs more bikes and free weights. They need to do a better job of keeping it clean. Numerous times I have seem dust bunnies in the corners and along the edges.

Always machines available. It’s always clean and fresh. Love the 30 min workout area. Wish there was pool and sauna. But for the cost it’s a excellent deal.

So far so good...a great gym for beginners....I really have no complaints other than people randomly in and out of the 30 minute circuit...it's really frustrating when people just come in and are obviously not doing the circuit....it's the throws a wrench in your workout.

I went today to the trailer at the new Visalia location to possible sign up. I was interested in joining this gym in addition to the gym I already belong to. The "no fee & $10 per month" sounded like something I would be interested in... when in fact there IS fee of $39.99 which is just deferred for 30 days and drafted out of your checking account. The sales person only admitted this after I questioned her repeatedly. She was rude , unprofessional and should definitely rethink her career choice. Planet Fitness is falsely advertising "no fees" to the public. I will stay where I am at.

They charge you an annual fee two months after signing up which actually costs you $50 and is non-refundable. Then they say they can't do anything but you can call corporate, who won't answer because they won't deal with billing issues. Literally can't even get a live person. Save your money and go to a real gym that doesn't give you pizza and doughnuts but claims to "care" about your health.

My wife and I went in together to get a tour and loved it. Jay jay gave us a tour. Was very informative and helpful on showing us where stuff is located and answered all of our questions. We will be getting our memberships tonight. Excellent pricing and superior staff. Great job jay jay and staff.
