I travel for work and have been to probably 20 Planet Fitness west of the Rocky Mountains, by far this has been the cleanest Gym I've been to and the Staff are Amazing, clean equipment and local members are friendly, mens locker room clean and showers are clean!

Doesn’t seem like this planet fitness gets inspected regularly. There are several paper towel dispensers out of order (for multiple weeks now), old worn out cable attachments that should probably be replaced, and equipment that needs maintenance. Dust doesn’t really bother me but as a former manager of a planet fitness I know we were held to a higher standard. On my last trip there, the water fountains both had a film around the faucet. I usually fill up my water mid workout and I didn’t even bother this time it was disgusting. A secret shopper would fail this gym 100%.

Looking for a second gym, main one is not open Sundays. Had a 5 year membership at another PF out of town. Thought I’d try this one since I just moved here. Didn’t get greeted. But while working out was told no bag policy. I carry all my ropes and bars so I don’t have to use one everyone touches. Was told I would have to go back and forth to get items needed from locker. I canceled on the spot. No judge zone … felt judged.

I am an out of town visitor who visited this gym and absolutely loved the layout and cleanliness! The staff were very kind and greeted me as I walked in and as I left. Bathrooms were also very clean and there are LOTS of treadmills…I wish my local PF had this much room and layout.

Planet Fitness, (Visalia) I use to come here last year with my granddaughter as a (guest) & years before that with my cousin we both had a membership but now I joined "Sliver Sneakers" for my health & wellbeing!!! So I really do enjoy this gym & it has so many possibilities! Because if you are just a beginner or just an all around weightlifter the free weights are awesome & so is the machines & also all of the other equipment to & there is a 30 minutes work out room & a workout room to do your abs & there is a room just for stretching out your legs & body & after that they have 🚿 showers & also trainers with your (Black Membership Card) please check into it but either way it's a WIN! WIN! 🏆 & the staff are really awesome to!!! So thank you so much & 💯%+ & ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐'s Great Job!!! 💪😎👍

Very disappointed with this gym . There are always 4 to 6 employees at the desk talking and don’t greet people. Things are always broken. And not to mention the younger generation that travel in groups to stay at equipment and talk. Not sure who selects the music but walked in and they were playing f$&k Donald trump.. It doesn’t matter which side you choose this shouldn’t be played period!!

The male bathroom urinal, 1 of only 2, is broken again, has been down for a long time. Sometimes there is a waiting line, this shouldn't be happening with a gym that has hundreds of people visiting.

Fun environment. Nice people, willing to help you with any questions you need. Machines are cleaned before and after you use them. There is always an employee to help you.

All the employees are so nice and they are always cleaning. Great place to workout. I highly recommend this business

Went to sign up for a membership and had joe help me out. A few days later I had issues with my account and he helped me work through it and got me back on track(lord knows I need it). Super professional and honestly a refreshing customer service expierence. 10/5 stars
