NEVER been there!!!

Wishes to charge me almost a full year for which I told them I can not pay my monthly . Then cut it to half which was still hundreds of dollars .

Working on equipment for this company, very friendly and very clean gym, keep up the good work.

Great place to workout at. Location is close to home. Atmosphere is great. Customer service is great also.

Good gym, nice and clean. They are a little hard to coordinate with for the office staff.

My wife and I have been members at this great gym for 3 years. It’s clean, quiet, and is open—anytime. It has a great balance of machines, free weights, and open space. The manager is so supportive and helpful.

The customer service is absolutely distasteful, being new to this gym I tried going through one of the doors with my membership tag and it wouldn’t open so I went around to another door and used my membership tag and it opened. As soon as I walk in I get questioned by a wider eye woman if I am a member I said yes, then as I attempt to walk away she says oh you just didn’t have your tag today, I said yes and then pulled out my tag and showed her, then as I attempt to walk away again she goes oh you just didn’t use your tag today to get into the door. I said no I did use my tag thinking in my head like what in the actual heck using the tag is the only way to get inside. So she just kept nodding her head like she didn’t understand so I said, and pointed I came through this particular door. Because she never seen me in this gym or maybe never a brown skin woman at this particular gym she thought it would be okay to question me very hardly and that isn’t okay. Especially being that she knew I was new because that was another question she asked and she didn’t ask I if needed any help around to find the right workout machine or where the bathroom was or anything she just went on her phone. That’s how I knew she was being rude. It left a very bad impression on me but maybe that was her intentions so I won’t come back. But I will be back because I’m there to workout nothing more nothing less. And if my presence will upset this particular woman so be it because I will be back.
