The bathrooms and showers were out of order and it reeked of sewage backup and apparently the tanning beds done even work there either

This is by far the dirtiest and unpleasant planet fitness I’ve been to and I visit multiple locations throughout the week. The machines are dusty the workout areas are dusty and dirty as if it hasn’t been cleaned in months. The restroom smelled like wet dog. Very horrible from a planet fitness standpoint.

I think his name was ray. He was so very sweet and kind. They accidentally charged the wrong card and mine went into the negatives and I’m a stay at home mom. He couldn’t get it to refund and his boss was in a “meeting “ so he couldn’t help and he pulled out $30 and told me to go put it in my acc. I will be back to pay you back and hope you’ll still be there! Amazing guy. ~Emily

Everyone is very nice I've had people help me use machines and show me how to do certain work outs. The employees are very nice and the machines are comfortable and easy to use
