Love love love the golds gym in waco,tx.Super clean, staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. It is a absolute vibe everytime I step foot in there!! From the grettings till when it's time for me to walk out the doors! This is one of the more friendly and interactive gyms I've been to. not only are the staff very friendly but the equipment also works and is CLEAN. which is a big thing for me!! great job golds! i would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean, friendly, and overall Enjoyable gym experience!

I come to this location whenever visiting Waco for work and I have to say the staff are great, incredibly kind and helpful. The facilities however leave much to be desired. There is no access to a pool or sauna, although I’ve heard there is one in this location. And as a female, I prefer working out in the women’s private room. Unfortunately this location does not take care of that area. Pics below are from yesterday and as you can see there are dead bugs all around the floor equipment. The carpet in that area is black. The walls have what seem to be water damage. It’s gross. Again, the people are great but the facility could definitely use some updates.

honestly best gym in waco hands down! the staff are the most friendly and supportive people. the equipment is really clean and all the machines work all the time. the gym is rarely crowded and if it is there’s always a friendly and kind person who will let you work in with them. the manager ryan makes this place feel like home and i wouldnt wanna go to any other place. 10/10

I've been a member of this gym for 23 years, through many ups and downs. I've considered leaving a couple times due to poor previous management. But Ryan and his staff have once again made if feel like family. Good value, good equipment and good people

I have reached out 3 separate times to cancel my gym membership it shouldn’t be a challenge for someone to do so I’ve emailed and called your staff is very rude. The equipment is lacking, old, and unkept the pool is closed and suana with no plans to re open any of it. The treadmills are loose. But the worst part is the rude staff when you attempt to cancel a membership then find out three months later they didn’t do it. You told me to contact your GM, hopefully this gets his attention.

I've been a member at this gym for over 10 years. Ryan and his staff are always very friendly and helpful. The place is consistently clean and the equipment maintained. The clientele is very diverse, friendly and supportive.

Best Experience I had in a long time. Definitely recommend everyone go here for all your fitness needs. They also have some of the BEST FITNESS TRAINERS. One of them being named “ Octavius “ ask about him, he’ll be sure to help you get going in the right direction.

I’ve gone to this Gold’s for over a year now and it’s fantastic. Nice, well-kept equipment and it’s always clean. The people who work there are awesome and know what they’re doing. They are always open to questions and advice and love to help the members. I’ve been to all and this is definitely the best gym in Waco.
