This is a great place to learn Jiu-jitsu because the instructors are great. It is a good workout and the upper belts are always willing to give advice and help you get better. Central Texas Family Karate and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is also a great, fun place to work. Highly recommend this Martial Arts School!

Terrific place for martial arts, instilling discipline, and having fun.!!With an award winning after school program as well as summer program, you can’t beat this Dojo.!Kids are rewarded for their successes and challenged to go even further.I can’t say enough how I’ve seen children come in super rowdy and without respect or self restraint and turn into respectful, future leaders.Highly recommended.!!

I love the place. Great environment, amazing teachers, and an overall family friendly place. Teaches kid discipline and good values that they will keep with them and apply for the rest of their life, as well as teaching them karate and self defense to make sure they are well equipped for every situation. I have been going for almost a decade now, and let me tell you how happy I am to have decided to go here.

Love this place and all the people! If you're looking for a good summer program or karate program this is the place. They have great structure and discipline, even for the youngest student.

We love everything about CTFK and so does our son. Sensei Bainton and Mrs. Candie are always kind and wiling to help us with anything we need in helping our son thrive physically, academically and respectfully!

We were guests at a birthday party at their Robinson location. Let me tell you this place is ratchet and the lady in charge was so unprofessional looking wearing jean short shorts like she was 14 but obviously she was like 50 years old. She literally kicked us out 5 minutes before the party ended yelling out loud to all the guests “thank y’all for coming have a nice day” and pointing to the door everyone was so shocked! I would not in a million years have a party there, you cannot do this to guests it’s not a manner to treat customers or future customers.

Took my money, didn’t give him more then a week before calling me to say my son wasn’t the right fit for their program. I was never told about any issues before then. They refuse to refund any of the money.When I posted a review on Facebook the Sensei had the nerve to reply to my review disclosing private medical information going against Hyppa laws. He was very rude in person as well. Had I met him before signing my son up I would have never done it. That man should absolutely not be around any children. He is going to cause severe psychological damage. Please think before sending your child here especially if they are in any way sensitive. I feel horrible I aloud my son around him.

I hate that place. It is the worst karate place I have been too. The instructors are so mean, they would look at our report cards and if you get a bad grade, they would yell a me (That only our parents job to check our report cards). Don't take your kids there. I repeat don't take your kids there. #angrykid
