Absolutely would not recommend this institution. After my wife became bed-ridden in her first trimester of pregnancy, we simply asked for a credit of the missed months to use later on the calendar year to accommodate for the fact that she was unable to work out. Instead, they chose to take our $500+ of membership fees, gave no grace, or leniency with an incredibly difficult medical situation and kept our money under the basis of "policy".My wife didn't even want a refund, she just wanted to be able to use the classes when she wasn't PREGNANT and bed ridden. I cannot fathom this decision and it honestly feels illegal.Absolutely will never return, there is no sense of personal relationship here or understanding on changing situations. If you want a surefire way to lose money and have a terrible experience arguing with staff and ownership who couldn't care less, then this might be a great place to sign up.Had ownership been helpful and simply given us a credit to use at a later date, we would have happily stayed and continued working out here but this experience has been one of the worst examples of customer service we've ever had.

The instructors are nice ladies and so is the receptionist upfront but when I was told that they would have a variety of classes I signed up for eight classes a month and come to find out the ones that I'm able to take only allows me to take to a monthI would have been better off just paying for the individual class I really feel like they misrepresented themselves they wouldn't even reduce it down to four classes a month so I have to pay $125 for the next two months when I'm only going to two classes as a senior on a set income that's very hard I will finish my classes out but will never recommend them to anybody especially seniors

I’ve loved coming here. I hurt my back a couple years ago, and Club Pilates has helped me heal and get stronger from my injury. It’s been so helpful for me!

In my opinion, there is no better system for strengthening and maintaining one's body, particularly core strength. Every instructor at Club Pilates is incredibly knowledgeable and professional. In sum, awesome!

Joining Club Pilates in Waco was one of the best decisions I made in August of 2022. The Pilates classes are small so the instructors are able to teach the appropriate modifications and adjust form during each class. The instructors are very knowledgeable of Pilates and make the classes fun while getting a full body workout. I have also enjoy the community of friends that are multigenerational. Club Pilates have been a blessing in my life.

The lady at the front desk is extremely disrespectful. I was having issues after already purchasing credits and she condescendingly said "as I have said before..." Now I have purchased $50 and still can not sign up. She had a major attitude …

Club Pilates is great and the low review has nothing to do with the classes or instructors. In mid June I went to the person at the counter and told her I wanted to cancel my membership. I was not able to use it as often as I thought I was going to, so canceling was the best option for me. In the past I had placed my membership on hold and was charged a $15 month holding fee. I felt this that this time, this was not what I was needing. In that moment, the person at the counter did tell me about other option that were cheaper, I told her I had put my account on hold and I wasn't wanting to do the few classes, but I did tell her I would consider it, but I had already said I wanted to cancel the membership. She told me that I had up to the day before my membership was to renew to cancel, and I also knew about the 30 day notice. I confirmed with her that I could call on the day before and that would be ok, and she confirmed. She never told me about a form I had to sign or offer to send one to me to sign, as I have since found out was an option. So, I I didn't call to cancel for July because I knew it was less than 30 days since I had told her. I assumed she had made notes of me telling her since the take notes or have. notes about clients. I called the day before my membership was to be charged to cancel as she had told me to do. The lady I spoke with told me that I would still be charged for August since I had not given 30 days notice. I informed her that in fact I had given the 30 days notice and told her the day I had spoke to the person at the counter. She then informed me of a form that was required, which I was not offered or told about from the previous employee. They charged me in July and August even though I told them mid June I wanted to cancel. It seems they are holding me responsible for their employee not doing their part even though I was doing my part by giving them more than 30 days notice. Again, I knew I would be charged in July b/c it was mid June.I've called and asked to speak to the manager at least 3 plus times, but I'm just pretty much told - to bad so sad. There is nothing they can do.I had planned to try and go back in about 6 months because I did love the classes. I just wasn't able to make them at this point in time.I have since changed my mind and will be looking for alternative classes where customer service is actually customer service.
