I’m pretty new to the Waco area so I found Duality Yoga via a google search. Was interested in a daytime class that wasn’t too advanced. Found the Flow class with Alex and it’s perfect for all skill levels. It was exactly what I needed and I look forward to returning.

Great studio in Waco that offers heated + non-heated yoga, Pilates yoga, and HIIT yoga!

This is a great studio! It’s very intimate. That being said, I wish there were more yin classes. There’s a “hot honey flow” class, but this is 40 minutes of vinyasa and only 20 minutes of restorative. I think a nice addition to the schedule might be a few (unheated) yin flows in the evening. Also, a studio I used to go to would hand out cool lavender towels at the end of practice. Something like this would be nice-they’re great after a long, hot vinyasa class. Overall though, I’m very happy I found this place and I definitely recommend them.

I attended May 2022 on many occasions during a 2 week work trip. Sometimes 2x /day.Every single session was fantastic.I mostly attended the hot yoga classes but did do a "recovery" type session that was in the cool room and the instructor implemented essential oils and it was a very interesting and rejuvenating experience.Arielle was awesome and really knows how to radiate lots of zen. I appreciated her implementing creative techniques and props. Fun and exploratory. Really enjoyed her classes and interactions! Very cheerful and bubbly personality.Ainsley had a brass tacks approach during my session with her. Bring your own Zen =PBut if you want a SERIOUS sweat and pump, attend a few classes with Amanda. She is play hard / work hard instructor and offers opportunities for more advanced / athletic yogis to blend in harder moves into her session. Try some! Worst that happens is you fall over! Really appreciated an early morning one on one session. She truly loves her profession and teaching her craft. Also, a nice person to share a chat with! They have a couple mats and covers for client use and there are showers inside the gym.The entire "Athletic Facility" was pretty awesome and had a lot of features for one building.

I never thought I was a yoga person until I tried Duality Yoga. I was so nervous to go to my first class and the instructor made me feel so comfortable and I didn’t feel out of place at all. I was sore the next day and now I’m excited to make yoga a regular habit!

Duality yoga has been one of my greatest discoveries last year. The instructors are phenomenal and inspire you to be a better version of yourself each and every class. I was never much of a fan of yoga, but after practicing at duality I can't get enough of it. Highly recommend this studio
