Tim is very professional but at the same time very personable. He creates the perfect environment for learning. I come down a few times a year just to get some training in and I always leave satisfied. I encourage everyone to go take a class and you'll be hooked. Great academy with great people !!!

Great Place to get a workout and self defense in one! You learn Alot from Sifu Tim, and you learn at your own pace. With an array of different Combative Arts you can essentially pick the best suited for you or learn from all of them. Been training for years with Instructor Tim and couldn't of chose a better school. Very satisfied with my progress. Ask about the kids class also.

This is a great school for children or adults. The instructor takes time to know each of his students and their goals. Whatever you martial needs, this is the place to train. Highly recommended!

I've known Tim McFatridge for many years as a martial arts instructor. As a new student, there are aspects of a good instructor that we don't know to look for. As another instructor with experience training and teaching, we look for totally different things that parents or beginners. How long has the instructor been around? Who have their trained with? What's their actual experience? Do they test what they do in combat situations? How are they at explaining what they're doing or what they're learning to another person. Tim is great in all these areas. Couldn't ask for a better instructor. Certainly take the time to look him up and train with him.
