I love refit. The staff is so friendly they make everyone feel welcome and really great about answering questions and helping with any issues. They have a pretty good variety of workout styles so there is something for everyone. The facility is beautiful and very well done. I 100% recommend!

I have been to many different group fitness classes and I always catch myself looking at the clock wondering when class will be finished. I have NEVER had to do this with a REFIT® class. It’s a class where they have turned a “have to” into a “get to”. They have managed to create an environment that is not only a place to get a really good workout in but also a place where you can have fun! Refit is such a great work out. I love how fun it is and that there is some place for everyone. Workouts are well structured and include a variety of music and choreography. The people are friendly and accepting.
