Turn-Up is sooo much fun! No matter where you are at on your fitness journey, you will find a place for yourself here. Every exercise can be modified up or down depending on your mobility and the environment is incredibly inclusive. Hope is an incredible instructor, but also personal encourager and motivator! Highly recommend everyone take a class and try it out!!

I have wanted to take a dance workout class for YEARS. I am grateful my first class ended up being at Turn Up Waco yesterday! The instructor, Hope, is friendly and energetic. She made the hour long class fun, while giving your body an amazing workout.I am not someone who picks up choreography quickly. At Turn Up, that doesn't matter, there are modifications and NO judgment. The room is dark, it really is like dancing at a club with friends.It is crazy how fast an hour long workout flew by! I didn't think that was even possible.The class had women of all ages and sizes. You can feel comfortable being YOU here.If you are nervous about trying the class, feel your feelings and do it anyway! This class is so worth it to take care of yourself.

Very welcoming place , I honestly am the shy one to even dance with people but coming here . I was able to let lose and actually learn the moves and have fun while at it as well it did feel like a great work out and a great way to meet new people .

Went to my first class at turn up this week with some friends, and had an amazing experience! The environment was all great vibes energy was high and Hope was amazing very welcoming! I loved it and definitely will be back!!
