I had never tried CrossFit before and I have to admit that I was a little bit intimidated (after all I’m a woman over 50 years old with little weightlifting experience). But, I wanted to try CrossFit. I was bored with my workouts and needed something different and challenging. I started less than a year ago at Twin Bridges CrossFit and have been thoroughly pleased with the whole experience. I have gotten stronger and healthier than I have ever been before. I got my bloodwork done a couple weeks ago and my cholesterol and A1C were both down considerably and within normal ranges. Twin Bridges CrossFit has been a wonderful experience for me. Needless to say, I’m hooked. I look forward to working out every time I step into the gym. Edward and his coaches are very knowledgeable, informative, personable, and supportive. The members of Twin Bridges CrossFit are some of the best folks you’ll ever meet. The coaches and members are always encouraging and eager to get to know you and make you the best version of yourself. I have thoroughly enjoyed being a member of this gym, I look forward to the workouts everyday and seeing what goals I can reach. Thank you, Twin Bridges CrossFit!!!

Growing up, I’ve always been an athlete. I played just about every sport, and I thought I was in the best shape of my life! But it turns out that wasn’t the case. I had my first experience with CrossFit in my college years in College Station; then I moved back home & got back into it a few years later..however I didn’t stick with it. Now, here I am a few more years later & at 29 years old, I feel AMAZING! My goal was to be in better shape so I could run around with my son; after going to TBCF consistently for 7 months now & I’ve gotten better each month & I have no problem keeping up with my little dude! The coaches are so awesome & they truly care about their athletes! If you want a fresh start with your fitness goals, COME HERE! It’ll be the best decision you’ve made for yourself!

Being somewhat new to working out I was very apprehensive on joining a CrossFit gym but having a membership at the local gym and no one to hold you accountable to go was very difficult to find the motivation to go workout alone. I went to my first CrossFit workout 2 weeks ago and felt instantly at home, everyone is so friendly, supportive and motivating. The coaches are very accommodating to all different skill levels and work one on one with you until you are doing the exercises correctly. I highly recommend Twin Bridges CrossFit!

For years I avoided weightlifting and fitness facilities because I didn’t know what I was doing and had a lot of intimidation and insecurity around group fitness classes. However, the first time I came to Twin Bridges, I felt immediately welcomed. The coaches offer personalized instruction and both physical and mental coaching to ensure you’re going into each workout with the correct movement and mindset, which is so helpful for novices and veterans alike.I love that no matter what your fitness level is, there is a challenging workout for you every time. Even though each person may be doing something different, they are giving it their all and encouraging others around them. It’s so inspiring and has completely changed the way I view fitness. Joining Twin Bridges has been a game changer for me. Thanks to Edward, the coaches and TBCF programming, I’ve regained my confidence to step back into a gym. As a person who is always nervous for meeting new people, and going to a new place, Twin Bridges CrossFit is completely different from previous gyms I have been too. The first day that I went the energy of the environment was amazing, and the coaches and members were very welcoming and didn’t make me feel like I was the new person. The coaching is very detailed in how to preform a movement so that it can prevent injury and the programming is amazing, and there are certain levels for each individual whether you are a beginner or advanced!

Old-school CrossFit at its best. Jumped into a Saturday burner and smoked my lungs. Was a few minutes late as I was dropping in from out of town but the owner Ed was super understanding and cool. Great coach, amazing energy and no one puts up equipment while others are finishing! Truly a supportive community. Stop in if you’re coming through Waco

I dropped in on a Saturday community workout and had a great time. I had never been to that gym before but was welcomed right away, shown how to do certain movements correctly and cheered on and motivated throughout the workout. Would definitely drop in again!

I absolutely hated working out, and am so glad I found Twin Bridges! I was also terrified of crossfit, but everyone is so welcoming and encouraging! All the coaches are great and make corrections to help form and teach you the movements. If you want to be pushed and make a difference in your life this is the place!! :)

Stopped in for two workouts while I was visiting the area. Would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for a solid CrossFit gym. Great location, great owner, great coaches, and great community. I've been to ~5 places over the past year or two and this is probably the top one. Easily the cleanest gym I've ever been to. All of the equipment is top notch and the space is large. The coaching in both classes was solid with an emphasis on form and quality over quantity (don't get me wrong on the quantity, they pushed me pretty hard). Classes were well attended and the members very friendly and helpful. HIGHLY Recommend!!!
