I have had a planet fitness membership for 3 years and never once caused a problem. The other day I was threatened and attacked from behind after getting out of the shower by another client, and after going to the front desk they said they couldn't do anything about it.I called the cops to try to report it in case it happened again at least it would be on record, and when I came back in today they said they were going to give both of us another chance, and I asked why am I getting a second chance, was my first chance getting attacked?...Then they canceled my membership because they said I was instigating the attack by asking him what his problem with me was....I will be filing a lawsuit

If you’re looking for a gym with these elements Clean, pleasant and friendly environment, Planet Fitness is that place.

To start the restrooms are filthy, the staff not knowledgeable about what works, provided customers with wrong information.. Most of there time is spent on personal cells and conversations with each other management needs to hire individuals who care about customer and the business!The Hydrobeds we’re working my wife and I was told only one worked this is ridiculous they should be walking around wiping down and checking on customers.

Facilities and equipment are very clean and easy to use. The staff is very helpful and respectful. The only concern I have about going there is that the parking lot lights do not stay illuminated when it is dark, making it feel unsafe to walk to your car alone.

Nice low profile low stress gym. Recently updated all machines. Very nice for the price.

You definitely aren’t treated like vip being a black card member and you definitely should decide on going to a better gym. No sauna, no pool, poor service, and they definitely lie when they will change something for you they never do. This Would be a gym for people who just like the convenience.

Overall pretty good. The front desk people are polite. The gym is overall clean but the women's locker room could be cleaner. The benches don’t look clean and there’s dust in the stalls. The showers look mostly clean, but the ledge to step into the shower looks consistently neglected. The showers are also kinda small.There is an Ab area but no really good spots to stretch unless the gym is empty.

This planet fitness was clean, and well organized. The staff was friendly. I appreciated the equipment having its own television for you to watch while you worked out.

I love Plant Fitness .. the staff is excellent in customer service. They have added more equipment so you don’t have to wait on machines.. it’s a wonderful experience with every visit.
