The only problem I have with individual employee at planet fitness that I really don't like or care for the assistant supervisor. I was told she's the assistant supervisor there. She never acknowledge me or act like I don't exist. I've been with this particular gym for a while now & I didn't like to be treated like I'm not human. She always avoided me. She should not be working at planet fitness if she continue to act stupid. I always check the front desk before entering the building coz I'm not comfortable around her

Only open 24 hours 3 days a week. Hours are constantly changing. Better check before you go to workout cause the hours probably changed on you. This is not the gym for you if you have non traditional work hours like so many of us do. SO FRUSTRATING!!!!! Looking for a new gym!

The place has a bountiful variety of workout equipment and the convenience of being able to disinfect the workout equipment with nearby disinfectant spray bottles & paper towels. And the place has clean bathrooms; a few water fountains, and a spot to buy some cold beverages.

Go to Dino’s gym which is 24/7 with keycard access or on base. Planet Fitness is terrible altogether. I didn’t believe it until i went there for a month. I don’t know why but the lady asked me was this my location when i checked in. I have access to ALL locations. It’s like $40 or $50. Which is like .0083% of my paycheck. I guess she never saw me before but that is very alienating for one. If it wasn’t my location why would i be able to check in??? If you actually work out PF is a waste. No deadlift/squat platforms or bench press. There is only Smith Machine’s. Smith Machines are not great to teach stability or managing weight. I was going to keep the membership, go to Dino’s for $40a month, and still have free access to base. It isn’t worth keeping the membership. The machines are even useless because the range of motion is limited and i noticed the weight stacks go to a very short point. It’s too many people and not enough space for free weights. PF is definitely not a gym home. I do recommend it for disabled people and kids. I’m not joking or insulting people. Just trying to tell you not to waste your time. If youre a novice you need to be in a real gym surrounded by people who know what they are doing. This is going to be the place you pick up really bad habits.I digress. Im sure based on all the other comments they will respond to mine. They focus way too much on the image of the gym and not the physiques of people who are trying to get fit.Greed.

Help me to understand… Is this a gym or a teen summer camp? I get the incentive in having teens from 14-19 start a healthy lifestyle but where are their parents to monitor their behavior and make sure they are abiding by the gym rules? When it interrupts a paying adult from enjoying their workout that is a recipe to lose paying members especially with new gyms popping up!

I loved Lindsey she was very kind! However, planet fitness need to stop fake advertising saying free pass for new comers I had to ask to use the massage room when I paid $10.00 that should have been included in the one day pass! I also didn't like the fact I had to pay on my first time being there they should allow new guess a 1 day tour and use of the gym to see if they like it! The place was very outdated I didn't like it had a horrible musty smell the shower were nasty and hate their lockers I had a finger incident were the locker door slam on my finger pulling off my skin was very painful they need to redesign them to be more safe. I DONT LIKE THE PPL THAT WORKOUT THERE EITHER! VERY UNCOMFORTABLE. THE STAFF IS KIND BUT THEY WILL GET 1 STAR ITS TIRRIABLE because I called and ask ahead of time if it was free for first time visitors the staff stated yes but when I get there I have to pay won't be back for membership

I had an issue with being charged another 2 months after canceling my membership & a really nice manager assisted me to get my money back and even called me to follow up. Wish I knew her name, female planet fitness manager!

Super friendly! Gave me a free day pass since it was a little late in the day. Stunningly clean, huge selection of machines and the PF express room actually had every machine working.
