The facilities are always clean and the price can't be beat, espcially considering I can workout at 2AM. The staff at the Russell Pkwy location have shown themselves to be friendly and professional so far. Plenty of cleaning stations and trashcans are present to allow for the cleaning of the equipment before and after use. I suggest the PF black membership. The drink discounts alone are worth it if you go three times a week.

I love the staff! The environment, other members, the whole vibe. It's clean & well maintained. It's welcoming & encouraging. I feel wanted, like I belong. It's become so much more than 'a gym' to me.As I write this I'm literally in the parking lot of my PF. My head is pounding & it's just been an 'ugh' day. But I know, once I get inside, my mood will shift. Stepping onto that elliptical, I'll find a rhythm. Ten minutes into my workout? I'll feel like a new person. When I'm done, my headache will be gone, I'll feel so good, & I'll be so glad I came.Time to do this. My happy place. ❤️

I go to this gym 5x a week. I try to like this place, but I do have some issues with it. It does seem like weight machines are broken a lot of the time. I wouldn’t say this place is clean as I killed a couple roaches while switching machines one day. Also, the women’s bathroom is never clean. I’m not a big fan of the staff as they are always looking at their phones or intentionally trying to avoid eye contact as you enter or leave. However, the one young guy that wears the tie dye mask is ALWAYS friendly. He greets me every day and makes sure he says bye before I leave. I would rate him a 5/5 if I could.

It really is a judgement free zone. I can come in, workout anytime and unless I ask the very friendly staff for assistance I am left to handle my workout in peace. The personal trainer is friendly and helpful and the atmosphere is encouraging.

This gym is extremely clean ! The staff is very friendly and everyone using the facility is very mindful of personal space ! I am very comfortable working out there ! I recommend it highly !

First planet fitness I've been to since I signed up online...no issues, the place was pretty clean and the two women at the front desk were super nice.

This place is great. All the staff there are cool and always friendly. Not too busy at the times I go and good place to get a good quick workout.

After being loyal customer at eight years. I canceled membership today and not once did the employee ask why I was leaving, really is that the level of commitment that you want at a gym

Great place to workout. You can always see staff cleaning and wiping equipment.Wished they had a leg press machine like a few of them I have been to have as well as a heavier weighted machines in comparison to others near by.
