I love planet fitness. I can go and peaceful workout. There is no judgement. Everyone has a reason why they use the gym. When you walk in you feel empowered and encouraged.

Great layout of a facility and always clean. Staff assumes clients aren't educated on gym policies and have bold face lied to me several times about things. Didn't appreciate the disrespect.

I actually loved planet fitness before covid. After covid and this is the reason I stopped my membership. I don't understand having to wear a mask to the machine when while you are on it you can take the mask off. Then of course you sanitize when you get off. So what is the point of wearing a mask just to walk to the machine

I'm pleased to have a trainer to help help me in utilizing the equipment properly and setting me up with the best classes that will help me in reaching my goals.I'm very impressed by the friendly atmosphere, courtesy and professionalism that you receive upon entering the facility.

Great place to work out and I love the massage beds. The tanning beds are amazing too but just watch the ladies at the desk bc they are unprofessional. They love to wait till your not around to try and talk to your girlfriend. Unsuccessful attempt but they tried lol.. 😂😂 …

My first experience at PF WR was met by some very un-hospitable staff. No greeting or warm welcome. I checked in with my guest & the staff member instructed my guest with attitude and a very un-welcoming atmosphere. We were then met on the bikes by a different staff member & were berated for sitting too close together. He also accused us of taking a sign off the machine- when it wasn't there to begin with. The over all facility is ok.

Clean facility and Covid mask rules were enforced. There are sanitizing stations all around. Make sure you clean your equipment off before using it because I did see 2 customers using the equipment and not cleaning it afterwards. However, I did see staff come around cleaning frequently, but they cleaned all equipment with the same towel. Overall, I had a good experience as long as I clean before I use the machines.

The PF staff and trainer were very nice and very helpful. They made me feel very welcome and explained all the equipment and amenities wonderfully. The facilities are quiet and clean. I'd highly recommend this gym to anyone.

I am DISGUSTED and will never return to Planet Fitness! Why in the world was there a male walking in the women’s bathroom while I was in the bathroom stall? This isn’t the first time this has happened. The first time the same person was in the bathroom, and didn’t even look embarrassed or immediately leave when he saw me. I went during the night shift. It was the short dude with the weird looking beard. This is unacceptable and I will report this issue! Disgusting! Why hire people who violate others like this? Maybe I should take this to the police.
