I love this gym every one is like family, I love everything and everyone there’s so nice. And I love my trainer Austin, and the services all I love Jenn and the class zumba all clase all the triener so nice the boss is so nice and the housekeeping and the nutrition I love everything and people going there’s so nice well like family.

Healthtrax, what can I say. Maybe I should talk about the constant debiting of a credit card for monthly charges when the membership was cancelled.....for several consecutive months. Or maybe I should speak on the fact that monthly calls to Healthtrax regarding these felonious charges when I was told the account was closed and a refund would be credited to the account never happened. Or maybe I can talk about after several monthly calls, a colleague from Healthtra. Says the membership can not be cancelled over the phone ...... hmmmmm first time this was stated seems odd monthly (yes monthly) conversations this was never stated one time. Or maybe I should just talk about how rude the membership colleague was on the phone when I tried to explain my dilemma......again. Get the picture? Recommendation: Stay as far away from this place as you can. They are not customer friendly, factually they are rude
