I love this gym every one is like family, I love everything and everyone there’s so nice. And I love my trainer Austin, and the services all I love Jenn and the class zumba all clase all the triener so nice the boss is so nice and the housekeeping and the nutrition I love everything and people going there’s so nice well like family.

A great gym, not a $10/mo place but a good value nonetheless. Locker room is clean and neat. All equipment works. As far as gyms go, lots of bang for the buck! Courteous staff too!

Great gym. Plenty of trainers on site to help with anything. Barb is one of the trainers who goes above and beyond to accommodate schedules and personal fitness goals. This place is huge and immaculate. They take great care of the facility. I highly recommend!

Finally a "health club" focused on health without the oversell! A wide range of programs and reasonable membership fees making getting healthy and fit a priority in your life...no matter how long you have been inactive. Staff is very friendly and my personal trainer is awesome to work with!
