I cannot believe how unbelievably rude some people are that are on your staff! I asked for help multiple times and was either ignored or completely rebuffed me with a shrug. How are you people still open if you can’t even offer basic help and answer my questions without shrugging?!

Honestly, so unbelievably disappointed with the way our situation has been handled by this gym. My husband and I had been looking for months for a class for our 10 year old daughter to help her with her confidence issues. We did a trial of the youth class on Monday nights there and the instructor was AMAZING. She even came out her shell with the first class! After discussing the schedule with the woman up front we decided to sign her up. After her only attending 2 classes we were then informed that the class on Monday nights would no longer be offered for her age group. I explained to the woman at the front that it was the only reason we had signed up and that was the class that had worked with our schedule. She shrugged and said that my daughter could be a helper in the little kid class. That is not what we signed up for, to pay almost 100 dollars a month for my daughter to be a helper. I asked what we could do,.maybe pay an early termination fee? Since she can no longer attend and I was told there is nothing that can be done! I have to pay almost 100 dollars a month for an entire year now! Which means I cant even afford to sign her up for anything else. She now can't attend a class and we are out the money!! All because the gym changed the class 2 weeks after we signed up! I understand the business and how it works but honestly I left there in tears! Every situation is different and you all should remember to have some conpassion. The woman at the front desk is unbelievably rude. The only good thing I have to say about this place is that the instructor for the class is exceptional. I am extremely saddened that my daughter is no longer able to attend his class. And I am extremely disgusted with the way we were treated and how this situation has been handled. The woman didn't even want to help me and could care less that they just changed the class on us right after signing up!
