We signed up for a membership shortly before the covid mask mandate. We paid a $40 fee plus $10 for the month. Because it is difficult to exercise with a mask and might not be the best idea we asked for a refund. The refund was not granted.

I enjoyed Planet Fitness, until they changed their hours and still charged me the annual fee. I had a use-able membership for less than 2 months, yet they still charged me a total of $100 despite changing the terms I agreed to. I will not do business with them again.

I just came to this location using a free day pass offered on the website. The person I encountered at the desk was very rude. I asked for a tour after she took my picture and had me sign a waiver- which she did not explain any of. She talked over me during the tour when I tried to ask questions.After she took me through the black card section, I asked if I could try a massage chair she quickly told me that was for black card members only. I said, ok I’m not a member yet- the day pass does not mention any exclusions online when I signed up. The point of giving someone a free pass to try it, would be to win them over not to exclude them. Wouldn’t you want me to try it so I would want to purchase a black card membership?When I mentioned this, she again spoke over me and said “Well that’s the way it is and nothing’s going to change that” .I didn’t use the pass after the tour. After being spoken to and treated that way, I didn’t feel welcomed at all. I was looking forward to joining. Very disappointed.
