I couldnt wait to respond to your comment OWNER.Well there was feces on the floors and toilet in 2 women's stalls the entire 2 weeks I visited..same toilet and floor so i knew they weren't cleaning. The convenience of the center to my job is stellar, but the filth!!! I never seen the women clean the restroom so 🤷🏿 . Just let the staff keep looking at their phones.

Went to the gym to cancel my membership due to current physical and time limitations. I had attempted to cancel over the phone previously and was told I had to come in. Fine.I entered planet fitness around 5-6pm, busy hours, assuming they’ll be staffed enough to have a front desk person. They did not. I waited several minutes before deciding to call the desk to alert a worker I was there. I called and it rang a good 2 minutes before someone came to greet me. Logan, the assistant manager finally approached and asked if I had called. I said yes, and Logan asked what I needed. Logan was very monotone and unfriendly. Informed him I needed to cancel my membership and he asked for my phone number. He input the number and canceled it, then said I was done. I asked for confirmation and he said I’d get an email.Obviously this is not something that needs to be done over the phone if it can be done with a simple phone number in less than 2 minutes, so this was a huge waste of time, but reminded me why I didn’t want to keep my membership here: the staff are horrible. Logan was unprofessional and unfriendly. This location should be better staffed, as well. I won’t be rejoining planet fitness in the future when I price gyms again. Not worth the hassle at all.

I loved that the weight machines counted reps! It felt a lot roomier than the one I normally go to!

No customers service number. I was charged for a membership that I didn’t sign up for. I was asking for refund because I never used the club or going to use it. At the front desk they said no refund and no one to talk too. I guess my only way to express my disappointment is to post this review.

Doing shady business. I was a member of xperience fitness, they acquired my contract (without me signing anything) and kept on changing me after I canceled my account. I advise you to never sign anything with them

Had to switch from Xperience to Planet Fitness due to Xperience abruptly closing down. Planet Fitness is 150 % cleaner, bathrooms are wonderful, equipment being wiped all the time, and staff always willing to help.

The place is flooded with people since the gym, that was a block North, went out of business. Now, the handicapped parking spaces get used by able bodied people who nearly sprint into the building. Some think that they're soooo clever that they park in the lined areas between the handicapped spaces. RUDE & SELFISH!
