Members appreciate the affordability and the excellent customer service provided by the staff. The gym also offers a robust schedule of classes and personalized training options.

However, the gym experiences significant overcrowding, especially during peak hours from 4 PM to 8 PM, making it challenging for members to find available equipment. I visited a day ago to see if I wanted to join due to experience fitness closing. I just need the pool I have had 2 knee replacements I'm almost 61 I have arthritis i just really want to use the pool and whirl pool for these joints. The membership fee and the joining fee is high for access to the pool and it's really far away. I wish this gym or another one would open in one of the experience fitness buildings with a pool. This anthem blue 360 does not have a lot of options to choose a gym.. well anyway the staff was helpful and nice but I'll have to keep looking.

Great gym. Clean, large facility, all fitness equipment is current and well-maintained. Lots of classes available if interested. My only complaint is that it is a little too busy, but that only speaks to the quality of the facility.

The good: Best overall gym facility in SE WI in terms of facility.Update 9/18/23 - In spite of the massive influx of new members months ago VASA has added ZERO pieces of additional equipment.Busiest gym I've ever been to. It's beyond packed from 4 to 8 pm. Can't believe they still email members pushing referrals. The gym is over capacity. Be prepared to wait 5-15 minutes for most equipment. The bad: With the closing of Xperience fitness the already extremely busy gym from 4-8pm is now unbearably packed. On popular pieces of equipment there is (no exageration) sometimes a wait of 2-3 people. THIS GYM NEEDS TO ADD EQUIPMENT LIKE YESTERDAY. There is plenty of room to add more equipment. If they are going to just keep selling $10 a month memberships with no limit there has to come a point when the gym can't absorb any more people. I'd argue we are past that point when people have to wait 20 minutes to use popular equipment (bench press, leg press, leg extention, etc)VASA - Please please add more equipment. The bad: (see update below) The gym is chock full of Gen Z walking around with camera tripods setting up for their social media influencer fantasies. Seriously expect about 6 tripods at any given time. One dude live streams his entire workout (and I can't imagine who wants to see the little guy workout) Seriously Gen Z. Its a gym not a video studio. Its already crowded enough without you setting up your tripod in the middle of the aisles, getting the perfect angle, reviewing your footage for the perfect shot. Not to mention others don't want to be on your internet feed nor trip over your tripod. Get on your machine and get your workout done so someone else can do the same. Or come when its not busy for your video shoot.Update: 6/12/23 - Tripods are now virtually non-existent. Rumor is VASA now prohibits them. Definitely a good policy change. Also a growing contingent of 30+ year old members. Good mix. Also be VERY CAREFUL in both the men's and women's lockerrooms. Gen Z's constantly taking selfies in locker rooms and catching other unsuspecting members in the locker room in the background of their pictures. (update as of 12/11/22) VASA has posted signage in locker rooms to deter photo/video taking.

I really can't even properly rate this gym. Gen Z is the reason I give it 1 star. You can't expect the employee's here to do anything at all when Gen Z has turned the gym into the mall. The entirety of every local graduating high school class dating back to like 2016 hangs out at this place for like 3 hours a day. It's like they never left high school. They barely work out. If they aren't in a group of between 3 and 8 people then they are on their phones for 5 minutes between every set they do. I have actually counted the number of minutes they spent lifting between their sets of instagram and whatever other apps these goofy little children use. Gen Z does not care about anything but themselves and it shows in the gym. They don't even have enough of an attention span to put their weights back into the place they got them from. The gym itself is dirty because Gen Z doesn't follow rules to anything but also doesn't care about anything but themselves. I had a guy here complain that what I was doing might potentially cause him to injure himself (It wouldn't have iin a million years you male karen gen Z punk). Same guy was staring right at two gen Z punks wrestling in the middle of the gym and didn't have a word to say. I know why. I won't bother to say why here. but lets just say it involves jealous and envy from the evil Gen Z punks who have made jealousy and envy into a fashion statement. seemingly anyways. If you are over 26 and have anything going for you, gen Z WILL openly look at you with a look of disgust. I've gotten "the look" from at lest 25 of these Gen Z egomaniacsThe main problem is they come here to congregate because they are too poor to own homes to go to. they are also too poorly behaved to hang out in said homes if any of them owned homes. They trash gym equipment regularly. Go here and have a look at the ropes that are used for various things like tricep pushdowns. Gen Z has completely destroyed at least 12 sets of those ropes since I've been at this gym. They just got new ones. Half of them are nearing destruction already. I honestly want to know what or who is doing this. It's like someone sits there and picks at the fibers of the rope because they have some sort of OCD against a non destroyed piece of equipment. Gen Z has utterly no concept of organization whatsoever. There is almost no use to using rhyme or reason for where to store anything at all in Gen Z dominated gyms because they will come through like a whirlwind and rearrange everything. comes back to the 5 second tik tok attention spans. Thats also part of why they get so little done in the gym. they can't concentrate long enough to get deep enough into sets to actually have muscle growth. Hence all the mirror studs here. 90% of the men have no muscle tone until AFTER they start flexing in the mirror. They look like a little skinny punk kid. then they start flexing in the mirror and suddenly they kind of, sort of have muscleAll I can really say is this. Gen Z is going to hurt themselves so until they all hurt themselves and have to stop going to the gym we are going to have to wait them out. Also as they all get older and get uglier they're gonna start getting real nasty to one another. That will wipe out all the high school clique behavior that makes it impossible to workout in this gym monday to thursday all hours between 3-9pm.on the weekend they're all gone. This is part of why they only have muscles AFTER they have flexed. Also why most of them have "I skip leg day" bodies. All the ones thahave a good phsyique are gonna die young from roidsFrom what I gather every gym in the area thats under 50 bucks a month is loaded with gen z. Seems as if they can't finance the price of more expensive gyms so they have to go to a cheap one. I wish there was somehow a way for them to finance their gym memberships so they could afford those expensive 100 dollar a month gyms to lie to all their friends with fake social media posts But they can't so the rest of us just have to wait for them all to get hurt from ego lifting

Dirty. Overcrowded. Parking lot will break your car from the numerous extremely large pot holes. I wonder if they have any plan to fix the hump in the basketball court? That will either cause an injury, or they will shut it down and take 3 months to fix it. No initiative or desire to improve this facility

I have been going here for one month. I was a gym rat at Xperience Fitness in Hales Corners for many years. Being forced to change, I decided to try Vasa in New Berlin. So far, I really like it! Great place! They have a variety of membership prices for all budgets &/or interests.

This is probably one of the best fitted, equipped, and organized gym I've been a member of. The unfortunate reason I have to rate it so lowly though, is that it's so consistently full that it's almost unusable. It's almost not worth bothering to go on a Monday or Tuesday night. At this point I only go on weekend mornings and around 6 am on weekdays, and it's still so busy I often can't find a bench or the equipment I need. It's very unfortunate, but they're still running promotions to get more people signed up and the gym even more packed over the last three months.

Pros: Great facility, clean, membership team,Cons: With a $10/month price tag this gym is overly crowded. Ownership has taken the quantity > quality approach. I live in the area and I always see the parking lot jam packed the entire day (opening to closing). The Princeton Club is nearby so I go there now. The facility is better and the gym is open 24/7, never overcrowded...especially if you love to train early mornings.

I used to absolutely love this place. Then experience closed and the place blew up. You have to wait at least 5-10 minutes to use any machine/ weights.. Asked workers and emailed corporate if they were going to extend hours or build a new location and I got 0 response.
