MY FAVORITE 24 HOUR FITNESS!I've been to several 24 hour fitness gyms and I have to say this is by far my favorite! There's always plenty of parking in the parking structure and surrounding shopping area. Also, the machines don't get super crowded like many other gyms so I never have to wait around for long. The best part are the fitness classes. The classes are never crazy packed and you usually don't have to show up 30 mins ahead of time to find a spot. I've been going to Ellen's PiYo classes on Mondays and Thursdays at 8:30pm and it has really helped me develop some core strength and flexibility as opposed to doing regular yoga. PiYo is described as a blend of Yoga and mat method based on Pilates to enhance muscle strength and length. Also designed to improve posture, flexibility, & physical awareness. Ellen is an amazing and motivational instructor who is really experienced and knowledgeable about her stuff! I've tried doing yoga at different gyms and even yoga studios, but I find myself always returning back all the time. The facility in my opinion is also a lot more well maintained than other 24 hour fitness gyms. I've never had an issue with sanitary issues and the staff there are a lot more welcoming and friendly.

24 Hour Fitness is a chain gym so you have to know that going in. Big places usually don't care too much about the people who work out there because they're getting your money every month and if you get hurt they pretty much can't be held liable for it. If you want the same kind of amenities that you get at small, boutique place then join that. The equipment generally is in good working condition. They probably need new treadmills -- within the last year or so they got new ellipticals. I only do cardio here so I can't speak to anything else. Join Equinox if you want the Ritz.

I personally just had a wonderful experience! They were super patient and helpful to an exceptional level. The club manager (I believe Deji) who helped me along with Patty were very attentive to everything I spoke about and made me feel comfortable, they both seem to genuinely care. I am very happy with my new membership and look forward to going there.
