I don’t know why this lady still working at the front desk, she has no listening skills, after I told her ten plus times about my area code, she still typed wrong numbers while giving me an attitude. Her name is Erica. I just hope her supervisor will see this comment and would talk her senses or got her trained somehow.After another lady helped me (apparently it’s not my fault since she heard it right), this Erica lady still rolled her eyes at me. My day got ruined by her attitude. Ugh

I just met the Worst and most unfriendly staff I have every met in this and other 24 hour fitness. Erica! She is rude and impatient when I tried to figure out where is my class. She pretended she can't understand me while she was playing her things. While another nice staff came and easily solved my question, she kept staring at me.

A man named Victor who come to find out is a manager was so rude to my friend and me when we came to the gym, it was the first time I was using the gym here since purchasing my membership and my friend was using his ‘free 3-day pass’ that they didn’t actually let him use, they were very put off that he was trying to use the advertised 3-day pass then told him he couldn’t use it because his parents were members 10 years ago..what ever happened to good customer service?? Way to go 24 Glendora, that’s who you think is manager material?? Then called to talk to his head manager and they constantly told me that she was busy and would call me.. never got a call, thanks a lot.

The staff is super attentive, always smiling. It feels very comfortable to work out in here. Just 2 things, bathrooms and showers are not very well sanitized. Also the swimming pool is most of the time cold.
