Equipment not avail for weeks at times due to breakdown. The facilities need upgrading. Especially the changing rooms.

They discriminate against the overweight and handicapped. Their pools are frequently closed and when you ask when they will reopen, they suggest weights. 🙄 …

Place is very crowded constantly. people babysit machines and benches because the place is so small and cramped you have no choice but to do 1 to 2 different workouts at a time. Weights and dumbbells are always unorganized.

Very clean. Plenty of parking and I mean emphasis on the plenty. Hours of 9pm-12am it is not full at least the times I've gone. Very helpful personal. Non judgmental. Never stuffy.

STUPID SALES TACTICS - Called and got a hold of TIEN i think his name was to inquire about the 3 day free trail pass. INSTANTLY and AGGRESSIVELY, Tien tried to upsell me to signing up with the excuse "you have 5 days to cancel free of charge." When I said, I would rather just try to obtain the 3-day pass and then decide, Tien proceeded to try to shame me saying " If you're just gonna use the 3-day pass and then leave then go ahead." This type of rude pressure drove me to find a WAY cheaper gym right down the street- Thanks Tien - My advice, don't take it personal if people don't blindly sign and try to take advantage of the promotion your company offers for a reason.

For every new member who signs up - CUSTOMER SERVICE IS MAJORLY FLAWED i was on the phone for 45 mins then spoke with someone for 1.5 hrs they DISCONNECTED and NEVER CALLED BACK. when I told them I had only used the gym once - I failed to call back in 5 days but I wasn't only charged initiation fee_ monthly+annual fee - they didn't allow me to cancel membership and said cancellation fee would be 300 bucks before the end of 12 months. I signed a contract - this the most skewed contract ever written. I am a genuine person who never went back to this gym after the first day I paid them 10 bucks to try. I was convinced (MISREPRESENTED) Its as low a fee at 20-30 bucks a month so I signed - I signed. OH MY GOD I am so disgusted with what this organisation is doing to handle a person who just does not want to be their customer. I am not asking for my joining fee or fee for 3 months GIVE BACK MY ANNUAL FEE AND CANCEL TODAY. IF ANYONE FROM 24 FITNESS IS READING THIS CALL ME NOW!

I was highly disappointed after learning that my fiance was harassed at this gym. I was disgusted when I learned that the store manager ignored it and made no effort to correct the highly inappropriate behavior. I certainly hope that this gym reverses its tolerance of inappropriate behavior against women at this location. In light of recent events that we all have seen in the media regarding the mistreatment of women in our culture, I would hope that the 24 hour fitness corporation could take responsibility for this event and any future events that might occur, rather than resorting to the typical behavior of silence, denial, and victim blaming.

I've been a member for the past 6 years. Came back to the gym with a friend for new memberships. They told us we can't use free passes because the gym was too crowded. I was just puzzled looking at the empty gym and parking lot on the way out. You shouldn't judge a book by its cover because you just lost 2 new members.

This gym is by far the worst gym. How are trainers going to tell paying members that they can't slam weights in this gym when the entire 24 Hour Fitness Corporation is partnered with the Olympic Games. Olympic Lifting to be exact. Last time I check, if I wanted a quiet gym that doesn't allow weights to be dropped, I'll go to Planet Fitness. It's not my fault the management loves selling memberships to the basketball court, pool and jacuzzi area.

My first time ever visiting this gym after work and it was the worst experience of my life. EVER at a gym. I understand the 'stares' women get when men see attractive females in the gym, but this time this guy decided to cross the line. I was recording my working sets on the squat rack area and minding my own business. There were several people in the same area as well. However, leaving the gym and getting home I decided to review the video I recorded of my squats and there was a guy in the background that decided to be very inappropriate and make a sexual gesture in my video. I visited this 24 hour fit on Monday night 1/29/18 at 10:15pm. I will be reporting this guy to this gym Manager very soon because I was left in disgust. Never again will I be visiting this gym.
