Clean, pretty empty. I like being able to use the empty classroom upstairs.

glendora 24-outdoor is good. would have given 5 stars, but there's no treadmills at this one. south fontana and ontario have the "curve" ones that don't need to be plugged in. on my run days, i have to go to one of those, otherwise i would just go here. staff is friendly and helpful,plus the guys are hottest here of the 3!😝🐇👯🐰😍✌️ …

There was a young guy at the front desk. His name was Nick. He was a terrible person at the front desk. I once waited for a spot for cycling. A younger female came in and he allowed her to take the next cycling spot I was next in line for. Another time I was early by 3 minutes to reserve a place for the cycling class. He actually made me wait the three minutes!! Nick was young, arrogant and full of himself. I hope he is no longer at the Glendora site.

Manager was extremely rude, unprofessional, and had zero manager qualities. Called Saturday July 3rd at 9:10am trying to get my friend a membership. Not only did he lose the sale but he made the entire franchise look bad as the face of the Glendora location. No other location displayed more lack of care for their customers than that manager. Extremely disappointed we had to go workout somewhere else. Hopefully you guys retrain him on how to treat loyal customers.

After 10 long years, due to General Manager Nick, I will no longer due business here. They had reopen my account without me knowing and let 3 months of billing pile up. Nick made it clear I was just another number and pushed to sell a new membership instead of assist me on my existing one. I wish I could continue giving my money here but not after the lack of help. Remember customers, we work hard for our money, and we should spend it where it will be appreciated.

Really liked the set up, wish there were a couple treadmills. Bikes and elliptical set up worked well though. Not a ton of free weights but good mixture of machines. It's in the parking garage and got no service for music. But overall good experience, good to be working out.

Horrible customer service. They charged me when the gyms were closed and they told me they would give me a free month. They reopened and closed right away, never got a free month. I just brushed it off and when I reactivated my membership, the charged me 1.5 times my normal rate and claim they are charging me for time i wasn't using their service. When I told them to refund me the difference or close my account, they stated they would just close it. They changed their hours and the time they are open doesn't even fit my schedule and they want to over charge me. And they do not care about customer retention (been with them since 2006). I am more than happy to take my hard earned money elsewhere!

Getting pretty annoyed they don't bother cleaning the gym. It always looks dirty now 😕 The mirrors always have the same stains for months now. I know this becuase I left a hand print to see if it would get cleaned or if I was correct that they don't bother cleaning. Same hand print is still there in the free weight room upstairs.The paper towels run out often with the disinfect spray or the "magic spray" they labeled on a bottle. Feels like a jab towards people who care about it.Since I'm being charged more for membership, you would think they would maintain some level of cleanliness. Guess not.Times like this, I regret closing my triad membership. I should've stayed. 😞

Always dirty. Bathrooms, and work out areas.

Someone open my locker and take my belt gloves and other stuff and I have no response from the manager
