Training is needed on how to clean correctly, spraying something and not wiping it down is not cleaning. Also the drinking water is warmer than the shower water if that says anything. Showers are semi cold....not good especially I am a out of town guest showers are a necessity after work out this is not a prison.

All they need for a 5☆ rating is a few punching bags & maybe a pool just like GOLD'S GYM... but GG'S is 3 times more expensive so maybe they (Planet Fitness NOT Gold's Gym!!!) should get a 5☆... or maybe not? Mmm....

This gym is shut down because of the outbreak and yet still continue to charge monthly fees. This is the lowest of the low especially since all other businesses are more conscious of the current state of affairs. I will be closing my account with you and seeking a full refund since services were not provided.
