Sad to say that I have to mark a 1 star not over the gym & equipment itself but the management and the ability to get things worked out that are mistakes. I’ve been working on canceling my membership since November 2022. They continued charging me after multiple times of driving to the facilities because you have to do it in person. I tried to cancel, then tried to put “on hold” and that didn’t work. When I have finally pushed hard enough to force the cancel, they still haven’t refunded my money. We agreed that I would get 2 months of a refund even though it should be 4, but still haven’t received that either. Be weary of the management, otherwise I loved this facility.

We all know gyms are scams but this one takes the cake. I signed up for 6 months of personal training. However they have kept changing me after I told them to stop my personal training after the 6 months. I have gone in and personally talked to multiple people who said it was canceled 3 times and called on the phone 3 other times to try to get it canceled. So 6 separate conversations that were all lies. In total I have been charged $528 more then I agreed to and I still haven't been able to speak to a high ranked manager, since apparently everyone can help me, but noone has. Avoid this place at all cost unless you like being lied to and throwing money down the drain.

Wouldn’t recommend this gym to anyone. They continued to charge me once my personal training contract was over. I have only received one refund so far. They alsocannot keep employees, I went through four different personal trainers in 4 months due to the trainers quitting because of the poor management. They have been charging me $29 a month while only giving me access to the basic membership. There is poor communication on the employees side and they always make excuses about not getting back to you.

The gym itself is fine when it's not peak hours. This is based on my experience with the kids center today. All 20 minutes of it... my kids will fuss at first when I drop them off, as most toddlers do. This is VERY common and something you should know how to handle as a childcare provider. I got a call 20 minutes into my workout saying I needed to come get them because they were crying. Ok great. I go in to get them and they have them both isolated away from all the other kids. My daughter is so sweet and LOVES to play. No wonder she's crying??? She's isolated and just wants to play? My son just needed attention, he's 1. As a childcare provider you should know how to handle these situations better and actually engage with kids to allow them to be more comfortable. I asked how long the girls had worked there. One didn't even answer me and the other said about 6 months. Red flag. For comparison, I took them to the new Sandy location kids center last week and they had the best time. I was going to add this onto my membership but I will not be taking my kids back to this kids center. They lack basic training in child behavior and do not engage with your kids at all. Maybe they are better with older kids that are more independent but they looked overwhelmed and not happy to be there.

Update: Recommended this gym to a friend and found out EOS no longer offers a $10/month membership option. Due to this I’d recommend going with Vasa if you’re budget minded. May consider switching myself.Decent gym, a little on the smaller size. There’s a good variety in machines and free weight equipment. Nice power racks and turf area. Gym is super busy after 4 pm so you may want to consider going very early in the morning if you hate waiting for machines. Have been pretty happy overall for the price.

I love this facility, but due to its location, it's rather busy most of the time. Even at 10pm at night, I see my lovely gym goers. It's got a lot of equipment, large locker rooms, a decent swimming pool and suanas. For how busy this place is, it's a surprise it's clean. Overall, I am happy with my experiences there.

It’s a nice gym, small, clean, and organized. I love that the saunas are in the locker rooms, I’m personally much more comfortable in the sauna without the men as I have had some creepy experiences in the past at other gyms.EOS is definitely crowded at peak times, but you’ll get that with any gym. I haven’t had an issue getting a cardio machine during peak times but it’s hard being able to lift. Some people will stay at the same machine or hoard the weights and play on their phones for 20 minutes without doing a single rep. I’d definitely recommend avoiding peak times if you want a quality workout.I like that you can reserve a spot for classes on the app so that they aren’t overcrowded, but I wish that they offered more; the only yoga class in the evening is once a week and it always fills up.

Cleanliness is the most important thing in the service industry. Locker room and restrooms most of the time in bad situation.Gym is crowded all the time, pretty normal for $10 but they have different tiers for membership whether you pay less or more is the same service and area that you are getting, still crowded, noisy and sticky.Long story short, if there isn’t other option for you take it.

Overall EOS is a good option. I wanted to switch from one location to another and they charge a $50 fee. Even though they are running a deal where you can sign up for free. Having to quit and re-sign up seems like it is more important to get new clients than keep current ones. Once they stop playing games and think about happy customers then my rating will be better. Compared to the competition they are about the same.

If i could, I would give them a 0. They kept charging my card more times than what I was told, when I tried to get clarification for thos charges I would end up talking to a lot of people and neither one had an answer.
