I've been a member of VASA for years. I've been going to EoS now for some time with a friend of mine. I like how the staff is chill and easy to work with. Especially with me being not a member. They have always been welcoming of me coming in and haven't given me a lot of hassel and I haven't felt pressured to become a member. They have some of the newest equipment in town, which is nice. The only problem I would day is that it tends to be over crowded at certain day which has caused me to have to wait for up to 20 minutes or so for a squat rack or bench press.

I really enjoy working out here. Staff is great. They are constantly cheerful, positive, and cleaning! I also really appreciate the fact I can bring my son with me for their childcare, and keep watch while I'm working out with their cameras.

We absolutely love the kids club here’ we have a 16 mo. And he gets SO excited to go to the kids club. Everyone we’ve met here is so kind, so helpful, and so sweet to our tiny dude!Maya, Aimee, and another lady I can’t remember her name are our favorites. But we seriously love everyone!

The gym is great but I am very disappointed in the customer service. My husband and I got a membership each and we originally wanted to get the $25 membership so we could go together, we were talked into getting 2 of the $10 instead because they said it would be cheaper. I told them I didn’t want to pay the annual fee twice especially because we knew we wouldn’t have money in 15 days after signing up so they offered to push one of the fees to 90 days and we agreed. Well we got charged both annual fees 15 days later and I got 2 overdraft fees from my bank. I’ve called and also spoke to someone in person and was told someone would reach out but still nothing has been fixed. I really wish I would of just gone with 1 $25 membership and none of this would of happened in the first place.

Nice-looking facility, nice enough employees, they need to train their employees to be more clear on their contracts. They signed me up for a dollar it was a dollar for the membership and another dollar for a personal trainer for two sessions.I told the employee I didn't want the two sessions of personal training he told me to just try it out for the two sessions if I didn't like it I could cancel, upon trying to cancel they told me it would be some 30 days to cancel it would cost me $100 plus $88 and they have already charged my card $88 twice and I haven't even used their service, this is how they wrope people in they are worse than car salesman upon talking to management he told me that I need to wait for another manager to call me to discuss other options available to cancel so now for the second time in a month I am waiting for a manager to call, I think this whole waiting for a manager to call is their way of being able to prolong it so they can keep charging my card. I will update this with the response of the next manager if and when they ever call.

I’ve enjoyed going to this gym since it opened a couple years ago. It’s definitely busier now than it was, which is entirely expected.I’ve been to plenty of gyms over the years, the layout of this gym and the variety it offers is much better than most. The staff are also friendly and attentive. Any time I’ve had an issue, it’s been handled quickly and easily.

Want someone to intensionally mislead you about your contract and keep charging you even after you cancel? Then this is definitely the place for you. If you insist on using this place, then make sure you fully read and understand your contract, and make sure the bank account you end up giving them is one you can conveniently close, because they probably won't stop charging you otherwise. There is a reason they insist on having your bank account and not your credit card info. Hint: credit cards offer fraud and other consumer protections.

I would never recommend EOS to anyone. I canceled my membership more than 6 months ago, and was recently contacted by a manager to let me know they did something wrong on their end and the cancelation did not go through, so I now owe them over 200 dollars for their mistake. Instead of fixing their mistake they kept insisting that I just pay the amount off after I decide to come back to their gym. I explained to them that I am pregnant and at high risk and will not be coming back. They then proceeding to tell me that if I don't plan on coming back, the only way they will remove the money I owe due to THEIR mistake is to have my doctor write them a note proving I'm pregnant. How is that legal? Your now asking me for my personal medical information to fix a problem you made? I've never been harassed and bullied so much by a gym just for canceling my membership.

I'm a big girl and I like to swim for exercise. I've been to other gyms where I felt like I was not welcome, as in I was ignored by staff with concerns like used feminine hygiene products stuck to the showers or kids deciding they wanted to overtake the pool and make it a pool party. I don't really feel that there. There is more of a fit crowd, I preferred 24 Hour Fitness as all ages and sizes were there, but I don't get snooty looks from customers and the staff is very friendly. Good pricing, clean environment. I just wish they had a steam room.

Great gym. Plenty of equipment and you can't beat it for the price point.Buddy is always a friendly face that greets you upon entering.Only down fall is the lack of a basketball court.. that would greatly improve the amenities provided by this place
