Very clean and inviting. Simply the perfect environment. The owner, trainers AND clients are non judge-mental and supportive!Dwight is knowledgeable and motivating. He takes the time initially to discover your "wants" and then checks in frequently to make sure they are being met. He ensures your technique is perfect, protecting you from injury whether in a group or one on one. His workouts are ever changing if boredom is an issue. Dwight and Melinda are a great team in supporting your needs. They allows you to help formulate or choose workouts that challenge you and never leaves you bored. Dwight motivates you in a positive way not just at the gym but in your mind to be a better person overall! My favorite Dwightism: "For the body to continue to grow and change you must create muscle confusion so your body doesn’t plateau and get use to the same workouts."

The trainers at the gym are very knowledgeable with the workouts created for your level of training. I would trust and recommend Dewitt and Melinda to anyone. They are friendly and very professional. A++ establishment.

The trainers here are the best ~ Dwight and Melinda are knowledgeable and professional. They switch up the workouts so that each session is unique to your needs and areas you want to work on. I highly recommend Focus Fitness!

I was given Dwights name and number by the lady who does my eyebrows. GPS puts you in the right general vicinity but make sure to check building number because there are 2 unit 6's in the same parking lot. This is on the right and towards the back.Dwight and Melinda met me here on a Thursday morning to do an 'evaluation' and I loved the vibe of the place. They have more machines than any gym, it is small enough to not be overwhelming, but big enough for many people to train at once.I went today for a work out with Melinda and will be setting up our appointments this week to get on the ball.I plan on signing up for 3 months up front to give it that commitment. Melinda listens to you, asks questions regarding over all health, and does enough to bring you out of your comfort zone, but not too much that I do not feel comfortable.I am excited to start this journey and will post an update once I have longevity here.

This gym has an amazing set up that has everything you could possibly need all in one place for the best work out! Workouts are tailored to your body to show maximum results. Everyone there is friendly, helpful and the best part about it, there is no judgement whatsoever! You can really tell that Dwight, and every other trainer there all share the same goal of helping you and that is their main focus! Coming from someone who doesn’t know much about form and technique, I’m learning through the process as well! I actually look forward to going back every week for sessions!

Dwight has been the driving force for me to be able to meet my fitness goals. Great workouts that are tailored to meet your individual needs. Always clean and safe. Highly recommend both Dwight and Melinda, they have also given me a greater knowledge of good form, and how to build strength without getting hurt. The best!

Dwight is an amazing trainer! He tailors the workouts to you and your personal needs/wants. My husband, my assistant and myself go together and each of our workouts is person specific.
