I have been a member since they open and my gym closed. If you’re looking for a no hassle old school gym this is your place. Not huge but big enough with Real plate weights!!

Love this gym, the atmosphere is perfect every one is there to put in work. Small enough gym that it feels private but big enough to feel the energy in the room. Love this gym. My family all go to Rock fitness.

This one of the best gyms I have worked out at. The gym has really great machines and the staff is very helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend this gym to anyone. The owner Rock couldn't be nicer and runs a truly great facility. Very happy with my experience so far.
