The gym is always kept very clean, the workouts are stated very clearly in each round, and all the people that come in the later work out times that I've come in contact with are so nice , warm and inviting! You definitely don't see the different cliques in this gym like you would in others. is my favorite 9round location in the Palm Beach area! Chris is by far the coolest trainer also!

Great workout, convienient since there are no set class times. Trainers are friendly but push you to keep going and show you how to do each exercise. Workout is always different so you don't get bored.

I've been attending 9 rounds for a couple weeks now and I love it!!! I burn 6X more calories than when I run! Not to mention, training with "VIKING" really steps up your skills!! Viking pushes you to the level and effort you give in the gym! Highly recommended!!Its great for beginners or any level of experience.

Great workout in such a convenient package. I love being able to walk in and get a right into a workout. They make it easy, fun and challenging. It always feels like you have a personal trainer with you the entire time! 100% recommend it.

What a great workout packed into a short period of time! This is an awesome fitness center with consent changing workouts! The trainers are all super friendly and are there to walk you through all the moves!! Would highly recommend!

Justin and Christina are THE most caring people in a workout facility! As gym owners they not only help me keep my body in shape, but they also care about keeping my mind and spirit calm as well!! Their staff is wonderful and continue to move and motivate me during my workout routine. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

Great gym service/space. I come here often and get my whole workout done with the help of an instructor. I highly recommend it for any beginner or even the more experienced gym goer looking for a challenge.

Amazing gym!!9ROUND is the place to be! If your looking for a challenge, need to tone up or lose weight, or just need motivation then this is the place for you! It doesn't matter your fitness level or if you have ever done kick boxing in your life. The trainers will help you every step of the way! To Justin and Christina and the other trainers! I'm a firm believer in HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training). 30 minutes a day is all you need to burn fat and build muscle. I see individuals working out in the gym for over an hour on a regular basis without a single drop of sweat on their face. If you're resting just as long as you're physically exerting yourself, you're definitely wasting time.9ROUND is an engaging, explosive, and challenging, yet leisure workout. The workouts consist of 9 rounds lasting a total of 30 minutes. Scheduled sessions are not necessary, so you can show up and shred it whenever works for you. The instructors are very cordial and take a personal interest in your fitness goals and development. You start at your own pace, so beginners to advanced levels will thrive here. The workouts are very unique. So you'll never get bored. It's amazing how many different muscles can be engaged in 30 minutes. Calories definitely will be burned!Whether you're looking to shed pounds, pack on muscle, or develop lean muscle mass, 9ROUND is an affordable alternative to all the mundane fitness centers in south Florida. Whether used as your main workout source, or a supplement to an existing routine, you are for sure going to relish the workout and feel the burn!

Let me start by saying... I absolutely HATE working out!! Ive hated it my entire life... Until I stumbled upon this gym. I've never been more happy with a gym the way I am with this one. The very first day I walked into this gym I walked out nearly in tears! Why? Because... Well I believe in Devine Intervention and when I met Champ & Tiger I felt a connection that I've never felt within a gym before. They immediately treated me like family. It wasn't just a "workout" for them - it was all about engaging with me and getting to know me. They hold a very high professional standard as well as a very happy and exciting personality. They take their time to go around and cheer on every person in the gym one on one. They push you! I will say that. They push you hard but once those 30minutes are over it's like such a thank you to them! I walked into this gym just to check out out with zero intentions of signing up, and now I can't wait to walk in and workout !& Here's a bonus: my therapist called me recently wondering where I've been... Since I've started the gym! It's not only helped my physical health - it's boosted my mental health & I'm so much happier with so much more energy!If you're reading this, I hope you go and stumble upon this gym the way I did.
