Being new to CrossFit, I've always been afraid of businesses looking at me as a potential dollar sign instead of a member. I also wanted to find somewhere that was not only tough, but accommodating to people in my position of never taking a class before. I had tried other gyms but it always seemed like no one ever paid attention to my form, or was never welcomed by many of the members. Here, I feel like I'm welcome and when there are days I have to miss because of my schedule, I feel like my day isn't complete. If I'm doing something wrong, I'm corrected so I don't hurt myself (the facility is also clean as well which is an added bonus!). Coach Wayne and Cindee have made this experience awesome and I'm glad to not only be a member, but part of the family.

This gym is spacious, well-ventilated and exceptionally clean. There is no broken or worn equipment like other gyms I’ve been to. The staff and member base are very mature and respectful. If you’re new to CrossFit, or the gym in general, no one will judge you here and the trainers/members are very welcoming and encouraging. I would hands down recommend this gym to anyone looking for one in the area!

I have tried 3 other crossfit gyms when I moved to Royal Palm Beach and as soon as I finished my try out class at Crossfit iQ I knew that was the place I wanted to stay. Very clean and spacious, well equipped. Very supportive coach, always making sure we are doing the correct movements. Its always a good way to start my day.

I have been to other CrossFit places and told them my health conditions and physical limitations and never got the support from others like I got from Coach Wayne. He modified the workout for me, he paid attention to every detail to make sure I was doing it correctly and not hurting my self and he never stopped paying attention to my physical well-being to make sure I was ok the entire time. Some CrossFit places can be intimidating for someone like me, who is beginning and has some restrictions, but not this place! Everyone is super nice and helpful. The people that you work out with, all care for one another and you are only competing with yourself to better yourself. There is also people who are very experienced and they do more intense workouts. I am not there yet lol. Cindee and Wayne are so nice, knowledgeable and easy to talk to! Worth every penny! It’s been less the a month and I already feel my breathing when running getting better. Highly recommend them !

I have dropped in to many other CrossFit gyms locally and while traveling and can honestly say CrossFit iQ is a very special place! I have never been to another gym where the coaches, members and everyone that you meet is so welcoming and supportive.The gym itself is very large, spacious and well equipped. The bathrooms are very clean, there is an office and kids area with child care several days of the week and a shower as well.The owners Wayne and Cindee are some of the nicest people you'll ever meet and they truly care about their members. If you are searching for a gym to call home or just dropping in while in the area, CrossFit iQ is the best choice in West Palm Beach :)
