An outstanding and impressive fitness center. We're "snowbirds" and have been to many fitness centers. Rock Fitness is among the very best. The owner, Jason N., runs an excellent operation and the staff are top notch. We'd like to give a special "shout out" to Emily SG., who works the front desk and provides great customer service with a smile and goes out of her way to assist with whatever is needed. Anyone looking for a top notch fitness center with great staff will be very happy at Rock Fitness whether on a seasonal basis or year round.

This is easily the best gym I have ever joined. It’s spotless, regularly cleaned (like talking during my hour there I watch staff wipe down the machines at least once), quality equipment with a superb variety of machines, and is never too crowded. You also get a free protein shake, water, or energy drink when you’re there. My boyfriend and I only left because we were moving and there is no way our next gym will be able to compare, especially at the price.

Been going to rock fitness for years and even after all this time the service quality and experience has never wavered. The cleanest gym I've ever been in and you constantly staff cleaning. Staff is extremely personable and friendly. I highly recommend this gym.

Best gym around! Equipment is mint, CLEAN, and staff knows what their doing. Trainers help out, and are very friendly. Finally a real gym, not a pizza and tootsie roll gym… but even as an intermediate/novice, I have been made to feel welcomed and have learned and grown a lot here. Also, it’s not over crowded ever which is nice. Anyone I’ve met at the gym has been welcoming and friendly. very positive atmosphere all around.The steam room is great to have too! Very highly recommend. 10/10

I love this place nothing gets better from the elite trainers mine was Jason who was fantastic gave me a solid foundation in boxing and bodybuilding to the owner who knows everything you need to know about fitness and any other needs you may need! Very helpful and one of the best gyms I’ve been to! The vibe is impeccable! I love this gym! It’s one of the best parts of my day! You have to see this gym one of a kind atmosphere with great customer service Julio and Christine are always wonderful and helpful, very friendly, and respectful, a wonderful gym with amenities you can’t resist!

I love this gym. Large variety of equipment all kept in perfect condition. The owner really cares about the members. He’s always around talking to members encouraging them in their workouts and recognizing their success. Probably the best gym I have ever been part of. Also my family has been training with Tray for over a year. He is the best.
