If you're serious with your fitness goals and desire next level training, talk to the Master Trainer Charles after you're a member.Lastly, don't let the critical review connoisseurs ruin your first impression with their negative vibes and bad workouts.

One of the top spots in all of West Palm Beach, Staff is always willing to help. Came in looking for a new gym, and found a new home. Mr.Daz, who helped me sign up, was supportive, and also had the knowledge to help me achieve whatever goals I had in mind. Highly Recommend.

Connor was friendly and very helpful with the sign up process. The gym is well maintained and a great environment to work out at.

I had a wonderful time at LA Fitness! Dazz was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about the gym and the membership options, & made the experience overall positive.

Positive - Facility has excellent real estate, exceptional space and lighting along with a decent equipment selection. I appreciated how spacious the gym is compared to most.Negative - Cleanliness and Customer Care are significantly lacking.Using a barbell, dumbbell or just about any piece of equipment will leave rust and/or dirt on your hands.People do not clean equipment after themselves and there were no visible housekeeping staff for up to two hours during my visits to make up for this. For example, a puddle from someone’s spilled water bottle remained untouched next to the barbell benches for the duration of my visit. Wiping equipment before use is an absolute must.Customer Service felt like the blind leading the blind. I signed up for a guest pass to try the facility; and while some questions were asked to gauge interest in a membership I was quickly dismissed despite it still being a reasonable option for me.Once the pass was set up, I was given no instruction on checking in/out, validating parking or any general use guidance; only being told the general location of the locker rooms and free weights then left to my own devices. I also discovered that you must bring your own lock for the locker room or you can’t secure your valuables which led to me carrying my bag around the gym with me. Subsequent visits reinforced the above.In closing, with rumors of Equinox likely coming to the Palm Beach Market, LA leadership should feel hard-pressed to invest in a stronger guest/member experience. The edge this gym has in comparison is limited to the bar that they have set for themselves and will risk significant losses of those members with higher standards and/or disposable income.I’ll return to this location as-needed but will immediately go elsewhere when something better comes along.

Pretty good franchise gym and one of the better layouts of LAs that are nationwide. Stopped in after the lunch crowd left and had plenty of access to equipment. Unfortunately, there were a bunch of plates and weights left everywhere. It could definitely stand to be cared for in a more professional manner.

Facility needs to work on keeping the bathrooms clean. The soap pumps and hand sanitizer pumps are often empty! Dark lighting in the main exercise room upstairs. Sometimes parking ticket machine not working. They could use some more attention to detail in this facility. Great classes. Tuesday’s at 5:45 with Helen!!! Killer

I am a snow bird who has been working out in many clubs over the last 48 years and have many good thing to say about this club.Here is a small list of things I look for in a fitness club:Friendliness & helpfulness of staff - 9 out of 10Size of club to attendees - ratio - 8 out of 10Number of machines & weights plus variety of equipment for club size - 9 out of 10Cleanliness & overall repair of equipment - 8 out of 10Being a big fan of detoxing and knowing that our skin is our biggest organ, I find doing a Sauna or steam after a workout very rejuvenating and I am pleased to report this club has a large good working sauna in the men's area. Also I was delighted that they have a number of Rowing Machines.I enjoyed seeing that for the most part the clientele was serious about their work & time in the gym from the newies with trainers to the old-hands.From my 1st visit to use a washroom, to activating a free membership online (No Pressure) to discussing further visits the staff was just GREAT. I especially enjoyed meeting, talking with & been introduced to other staff by Antwaine. Kudos to you all.
