After speaking with memeber services and getting a stern confirmation that all members have FULL ACCESS to the entire club and amenities....WHY ARE THE DOORS STILL LOCKED!?!? WHY ARE THE PASSIVE AGRESSIVE THREATENING SIGNS STILL PLASTERED IN THOSE AREAS!?!?....update tomorrow morning.Update: Approximately a week or so later and a productive conversation with the facilities repair man- THE LOCKS CAME OFF....but now the real torture started. THE AC IS SHUT OFF!!! Even though we've been told in the past that its not controlled by staff and is on an autoset as are the lights. How is it much cooler on the main floor????,..havingto.opening the door to the aerobics room to release the heat and get air to circulate. I guess they figured can't keep them out so make them dangerously uncomfortable!! PISS POOR, PETTY, RETALIATORY MANAGEMENT!!!...

I like the gym but for what we’re paying for it’s bad. It’s better to just go to the one in Boynton. The cafe is never open any more and now they’re having issues with the spa and pool. They have a lot of less equipment compared to the other ones too. It’s a waste

This L.A. Fitness location violates their terms and agreement with Active & Fit by misrepresenting a predatory policy to "require" active & fit members to sign up for a personal training assessment.Active & Fit is aware as well as CD the General Manager.Further the General Manager at this Location lacks the personal, social, and communication skills to conduct himself as a model of the company.During a conversation where this guest inquired about a personal training area and other rules we are held to he became perturbed, used unprofessional language, and diog nosed mental health statements in regard to and about the guest.

Hey there! 😃 Just had to share with you, this place is absolutely AWESOME! 💪 The service here is super fast, and the staff are incredibly welcoming and friendly. 🤗 Plus, the pricing is so affordable considering everything they offer. 🏋️‍♀️🏊‍♂️🚿 They've got a wide range of workout equipment, a spacious bathroom, showers, a steam room, and even a pool! 🏋️‍♂️🛀🧖‍♀️🏊‍♀️ And guess what? They even have a baseball court! ⚾️🏟️ Best of all, I can bring my kids along because they have daycare available, allowing me to have some uninterrupted time to focus on my workout. 🧑‍👩‍👧‍👦💪 So, if you're looking for a fantastic fitness spot, this is definitely the place to be! 😃🔥 Ask for James or CD. You can't play basketball when it rains, $20 change just to bring your family member to work out for an hou each timer, no discount with your health insurance, kid club only open 4 day a week. More like the rip off gym!

I’ve been going to this gym for many years but during the past year or two I have notice a marked improvement in the facility. The ladies at the check in desk are very friendly, attentive and responsive to the needs of the facility and patrons. They really manage their job responsibilities seriously. The facility is always clean and the equipment is in good operating order. The Latino gentleman and lovely lady who clean the facility are hard workers as well, keeping the floors and locker rooms clean and tidy. In addition, the cleaning wipes and paper towel dispensers are always stocked and available for patrons. That’s important as well.Thank you so much to the staff for providing a great place to exercise.

Sadly this gym is slowly getting worst since it was renovated a couple years back. Treadmill machines are broken and when you inquire to staff they simple say to let them know so they can reset the fuse box. Why not just fix it for good so they continue to work?Men's bathroom are a mess. I've witness young man throwing paper on the floors for no reason and water which I've personally slipped on with shoes. Bathroom could also use a bit of a makeover but that is not a big issue.Lastly members there seem to have an issue with putting weights back as well as guys walking in the middle of the gym without shirts. If you ask me this should not be allowed and has diminished my experience at this location.

Drive by shoot outs at 9 am all the time, bad area! This is completely unacceptable to have these machines like this with the amount you charge people per month. This needs to be address immediately. The water filters have been (red) for a month. Unacceptable!

Machines need maintenance. Been a consistent member and paid my maintenance fees and this leg ext machine has been like this since I been here. All they did was put a thin covering to cover how used up it’s been.

Is pk early in the morning like am to 12noonAnd if you workout cone early also the basketball court in 5he mornings is more organized then the afternoon or evening.
