Mayweather Boxing of West Palm Beach has some really awesome classes and instructors who want to help you reach your goals of toning up, losing weight, gaining muscle, and/or learning new techniques. As a former taekwondo instructor, I can tell you that Mayweather Boxing of West Palm Beach has a good combination of classes to choose from and at a pretty affordable monthly price. Their app helps you keep track of all your goals and achievements and has a lot of great exercises you can do at home if you can't get to the gym on a particular day. I highly recommend this gym!

I was a member at 2 other locations. One closed permanently in Manhasset, NY. These workouts are corporately designed and get stale fast. There is not much room for creative input from trained coaches. Hence, you often get the same boring repetitious uninspired routines you find in a dozen other pseudo-boxing type fitness franchise gyms like 9Rounds, Title, CKO, iLoveKickboxing, 30 Min Hit or Champion Zone...etc. They use stations to keep it moving and to accommodate a large class but the actual physical exercises can be duplicated for free at any local gym, especially anything related to cardio and strength. You do not need boxing for that plus I think this trend will decline more as it is somewhat over saturated in the fitness market. However, real boxing gyms like Gleason's and Church Street which are sponsored under USA Boxing will prevail.
