Update: this facility also offers a Licensed Massage Therapist, James Morency, for medical massage, and a wide variety of massages. He did an amazing neck, back and shoulder massage to help with my pain from an injury. James has amazing credentials and was highly professional. I will be having another massage soon from James. Thank you to Zechariah for recommending James.This place has a lot to offer!-----------------I am a brand new member and so far I'm thrilled with this place. I wish I had joined sooner. Everyone is so nice and everything is super clean. This is a nice change from my previous gym.

I Signed up with this gym to workout. Been with them off and on for 3 years. As I was starting to workout 8:45am. One of the employees walk up to me and told me I can’t work out there 9am-12pm because they only do personal training and the gym is only for personal training not for members. One I though it was very rude how he approach me, Two I was not informed about this when I signed up, three not just I’m an member I have an office in the same building. I had support this gym not only because they where in the same building as my office, but because it’s independently owned by small business owner. would never recommend this gym to anyone if your just trying to be a member. Personal training is the only service they say they market to.

Best gym in west palm beach. The gym is VERY clean and has everything I need for my workouts. Makoa and the staff are very professional and always willing to give a hand/advice. If you're looking for something with a lot more quality than the big box guys but at a great and fair price- this is the place to be.

I visited this fitness center and used a one-day pass while in Palm Beach. The staff was professional and very helpful with my gym pass. The fitness center was clean and easy to use and I had a great workout! The staff was very helpful and I will be sure to visit again.

This is an awesome gym! It’s located in a nice area in west palm beach. I’ve been working out at this gym for over a year now and it’s a very clean facility, the staff and trainers are very professional and friendly. The gym is never packed so there’s no fighting for weights, more privacy to working out. And it offers all the machines and weights a regular gym can offer you.

Very clean and spa like gym. Before moving we were members of this limited membership club and we couldn’t have been happier. They had so many different machines-more then your commercial gym even. The staff is always willing to help or answer any questions. Loved the atmosphere and beautiful water views. Also had an aerobics room that was perfect for separate training and free weights.
