Cancelled my membership yesterday due to rude management and broken equipment (as always). I have been working out at PF since 2020, and it went down hill. Took my brother for the first time yesterday to workout with me but I forgot my phone at home so I did not have the barcode and asked if I can check in with my phone number. The manager/employee (I’m not sure what either of their title is) told me very rudely “we can’t let you in without the bar code” when in the past they checked me in with a phone number before. I don’t know what they were on yesterday but that was my breaking point that made me quit. If it wasn’t for me asking if my ID would work I wouldn’t have been able to work out but I did have my wallet which they failed to mention I can use that to check in. Equipment constantly broken. Can’t wait to finally go to LA, or crunch with my brother. What a joke planet fitness is

Excellent! Clean, cool, great staff, excellent equipment, convenient locations and hours of operation.

Customer service was great. The gyms was really clean and everything seemed in good condition. Just wish they had a little more variety but overall it's good

My go to gym out all the other planet fitness, real nice and clean from what I've seen.

If you plan on coming here, make sure it’s before 5PM otherwise it gets extremely busy. I love the new equipment at this gym, however it would be nice if the gym members cleaned up after themselves. It’s simple gym etiquette: Wipe down your machines, and put your weights back. There’s also a lot of kids that come here that dont look a day over 15… most of them don’t know what they’re doing or wear inappropriate shoes (I saw someone wearing crocs today) but I guess that’s on them. I get it, PF prides themselves on being a, “Judgement Free” zone but if management sees someone wearing crocs or flip flops to the gym, maybe say something before they get hurt?Edited to ad: I’m 99% sure the mangers of this specific location are paying people to give this place five stars every day. There’s no way in hell this gym deserves 5 stars. Especially with this little high school thing PF has got going on allsummer. Paying members can’t even use the machines because they’re all taken by hoards of 16 year olds. 😅
