A true gem.I've been coming here for four years now. I've had the good fortune of training at a number of Systema schools in the U.S. and Europe, including the Systema HQ in Toronto. I don't always live down in West Palm, but whenever I come home, I'm so happy to get to train with Tommy and Alex. The depth, skill, and care of the work here are second to none, and the grace and playfulness with which they're held never cease to amaze me.
