The OKEECHOBEE RD location is truly something else. I actually initially enjoyed using the gym facilities for the few months I was registered there but there was a payment issue with my bank and as soon as I was alerted of the issue I called and paid my balance as a lumpsum of approx $140 over the phone directly to Youfit . Since I did that payment, it has been hell to either reactivate my gym membership OR cancel but they keep billing me. I was told only a manager can fix the issue and I kept trying to meet with a manager but every time I went they were busy in meetings but the front desk staff would verbally assure me that the matter would be settled internally to have my account cancelled . I really wanted to settle this amicably but now have no choice but to take this to Youfit Corporate and BBB. Both Managers Jaime and Chris did not even try to help to resolve the issue. To be honest I think their technical system is flawed because it puts you in a headlock to constantly pay monthly even when you want to cancel. I will update again after speaking with Youfit Corporate.

I feel like overall this gym is pretty great! New gym equipment coming in and the front desk staff is always super nice.I gave it 4 stars because the bathrooms aren’t very clean when I get there in the afternoon/evening and it can be hard to find weights (specifically plates) because they don’t seem to get reset weekly/nightly.

This is definitely one of the best gyms in Vegas, from cleanliness to friendly staff. The coaches are amazing! Awesome place to train, has that old-school feeling.

Best experience ever. Lots of equipments, the staff is very helpful and professional especially Royal. Royal helps me on how to use some equipments and to be consistent with exercising.

Avoid at all costs Manager Jaimy promised no hidden fees despite me asking her several times to confirm. I made it clear I would stay month to month unless she could get the annual fee waived I even canceled the contract but she told me she got it waived and to keep the contract (big mistake she was lying) When I signed up it went from $12 first month to $65 2nd month she won’t return my calls she’s always in a meeting and won’t help me. She has bad attitude she does not honor her promises or ever return your calls or messages. Stand by your word Jaimy show some integrity and honor your promises. Youfit corporate will not help me either despite my notes stating to waive the initial fees under the promotion I signed up bait and switch read the other reviews with similar complaints about shady contracts and don’t make the same mistake I did I would’ve stayed month to month or signed up at LA fitness. Manager Chris equally bad and won’t help me. FYI I was at Youfit boynton Michael Roca is a great manager that does what he says. I don’t normally write reviews but I am being 100% honest and don’t want other people to fall for the same bait and switch trap that I did. Stay away from this place don’t sign anything. Also the trainer with dreads is rude here’s some advice don’t work in customer service if you are going to be rude and not help people I encourage all these employees to seek a new career path

If I could give them a 0 I would.DO NOT GET A GYM MEMBERSHIP TO YOUFIT … ITS IMPOSSIBLE TO CANCELI’ve had the worst experience in my entire life. If you decide to get a gym membership here , you better pray you don’t need to cancel it.I don’t understand why this has to be so difficult or complicated.Oh , and forget about getting a refund. It will never happen!!!Terrible experience

Wasn't too happy when I got hit with some unexpected fees on sign up, but when trying to cancel almost a year later the guys working here had my back trying to help me through the process, which was difficult after some recent changes to the cancellation process and dealing with an overseas call center processing it. People that care and will fight for you are worth paying a little extra for.

I like how it’s updated but they don’t have platforms for squat benches / deadlifts like all the mode advertisements you’ve seen going around on social media. Also. Giving them a low rating because they HAVE a room equipped for child care yet don’t offer child care. That’s insane to me. They keep saying at the moment but it’s a year already no child care. Please hire someone and allow families to go to the gym with ease. Hope you appreciate and implement this feedback.

Royal makes me enjoy Youfit at this location and he is the main reason that I continue to go here because I LIVE FAR! He always has positive energy and is the most helpful person you’ll know! Not only is he willing to help but he is happy too. He also educates me about different workout machines. If you are new to the gym or looking for a gym - come to this location! He will make you feel welcome and at home.

We came while visiting to try their 3 day free pass were really satisfied with our experience! There's a wide array of equipment to use, including free weights, plate loaded machines, and cardio equipment. The equipment seems pretty kept up with and it also helps a ton that they make sure the people working out are cleaning off their equipment. Staff was extremely nice and helpful and we look forward to our next few days here!
