This place wins all the awards for amazing people that really care. The front ladies are so much fun to joke with and they are super nice. The coaches and trainers are next level incredible! Jeff, Liz, Emily, Mellisa some of the best in the country

I’ve been with orange theory for a long time. This studio in downtown is definitely the best! I recently moved so I had to go to some other studios. None of these are as motivating as the one in downtown. I miss here so so much!!

I’m always impressed with how quickly coaches and staff remember everyone’s names! Been going for years and the workouts never get stale. Love that everyone is so supportive and the vibes are always so good!

Great workout. TERRIBLE front desk experience. Consistently. Pre and post-pandemic. But especially surprising now given the readily apparent loss in membership.Seems Orangetheory’s are disorganized or disconnected enough that I have been offered free classes to “come try it out” from various studios (like this one) *while a member* — I have 3-4 voicemails demonstrating this. One as recent as two weeks ago.Yet very strict on policies. At least at this studio. They had a policy that you could arrive 10 mins into class pre-pandemic. Today I was late for the first time post-pandemic where I was told I signed a contract re a 5 min policy and couldn’t *legally* be allowed in at 8 mins late. I’ve been at local studios where people have walked into class much later.Orangetheory has trimmed down class offerings due to decreased membership but this studio didn’t show a lot of care today for members who are trying to make the limited offerings work. Happens to be the one who called to offer me a free trial class too.Today I was first told “I can’t let you into class since *you’ll remember* in the contract you signed that there’s a policy…” Then I kept being called ma’am in a derogatory tone until I asked “please stop calling me ma’am” and was then only asked for my name when the person at the front desk wanted to describe the “situation” to their manager. If the manager sees this, here’s my name and how I experienced this as the member/customer. Hopefully helpful for future interactions with members and hopefully how I was treated is unique!

Honestly, this OTF has the worst customer services and front desk staff. If you want a good workout Coach Jeff and Coach Liz are amazing, but the front desk staff ruin the overall OTF experience, the Studio Manager is beyond rude, dismissive and condescending. There is a reason I canceled my membership with L5 and joined an OTF owned by a different franchise much further away.

The space is lovely and clean. The studio is much more than a great place to work up a sweat. It's a wonderful community of fitness friends who always encourage me to work hard and be a better person.

Orange theory fitness has honestly changed my life. I was in SUCH a workout rut prior to starting. Now, I'll never look back. I love the fun atmosphere and coaches who push you. I love that the workouts are always different and the use of target heart rate zones. Challenges are also super fun and makes it competitive! OTF makes me feel so accomplished and I can see myself getting better physically and mentally each workout.
