I never ever ever write reviews!! Seriously this may be my first one ever. But I just had to write something about SLC OT! My husband has a very inflexible and busy work schedule and we have three little boys. These factors make my life a little hard to work with. But Angela and the staff have been soooo patient and kind and understanding and helpful. Jeff and Melissa have been AMAZING coaches and really made me want to work harder and better. Jeff always makes sure I’m doing my exercise correctly and they are both so motivating and helpful if I don’t understand something. Gyms are tricky and I feel like there is always this hidden agenda behind what they offer, and hidden fees that they will just throw at you randomly. But not with Orange Theory. The are the Chick-fil-a of gyms. Quality, helpful, efficient, kind, clean, and just make your life better! (At least coming from a moms perspective! THANK YOU Angela, Jeff and Melissa!

Orange Theory Fitness isn't just a workout...it is an experience. One of the best things about OTF is, while it is a group workout, it is customizable so each person can receive the maximum benefits for themselves. I am in my 50s and go with my 20 year old daughter. We both get an amazing workout...she runs, I power walk, her lunges are deeper and she jumps higher...I lift heavier weights :). Everyday they change it up and you get a fun, new set of exercises or series on the rower or treadmill. You can track your progress in class with your heart rate monitor during class and you get a nifty summary emailed to you after class. The coaches are motivational and encouraging...it's like having your own personal trainer. I don't feel out of place...there are men and women of every fitness level. Best of all I leave each workout feeling great and everyone from the front desk to the coaches and even the other customers are friendly and happy. OTF is the best thing I do just for myself.

I love the coaches, the structure of the workouts, and the feeling that no matter what, you are welcome. When I first came to Orange Theory, I was SO afraid, because most group workouts are really intimidating. At the end of the class, I knew I had found something special. Almost a year later, and I am so glad that I went to that class. It's so much fun knowing that over the last year I've gotten stronger, and more confident in my abilities in class.

I absolutely love OT. Started 6 weeks post-natal and it’s really helped me get back into shape and drop the lbs. I feel my strength back especially in my core which weakens during pregnancy. It’s expensive and I have to take a couple months of a break sometimes. It’s an all over body workout that I just can’t get at the gym. (Not on my own) The staff at OT is super nice and the trainers always give you options on the free weight portion of the workout.

Have been a member for about two months, and love it so far. The instructors are wonderful, pushing you with the positivity and encouragement that's really effective. Seeing your outputs in real time throughout the class fuels the motivation to work harder, but you always have the flexibility to scale the workout intensity based on your fitness level and how you're feeling.

I hate working out, but got tired of feeling out of shape. I reduced sugar and workout at Orange Theory once a week and in two months have lost nearly 4 inches of my gut. Working out is getting easier, but it still kicks my butt every time. I compete against myself and my personal best and the trainers that lead the class show me what to do and how to accomplish my health and body goals and then it's up to me to push myself as hard as I am able. If my forum on the weight floor needs help the trainers kindly correct me - It's almost like having a personal trainer.

Had a blast for my first workout at Orangetheory fitness. What I liked best was how frequently the workout changed & the high intensity motivation from the personal trainer. I felt like I could go at my own pace or push myself into the orange zone by gauging off the Orangtheory heart rate screen. Loved it & signed up for monthly classes!!!

I wouldn’t be at Orange Theory if it weren’t for my brother. He invited me to try it with him. I had my own exercise program that I was happy with, but he wanted to do it to get in shape and lose 30 pounds. I decided to check it out and support him. He’s lost all the weight, I’m a ton stronger, and we’ve had a blast together. I love going because I get to spend time with him and I love our instructor, Liz! Thanks, OTF!

I like that Orange Theory always keeps me accountable. I like that the workouts are different every day and that all of the coaches are very motivating! I am pregnant and each coach also helps modify workouts to my needs which is very helpful!

I thoroughly enjoy working out at Orange Theory Fitness. It is more money than I ever wanted to spend on a gym, and yet I find it completely worth it. I am challenged new ways each workout and pushed in ways that I normally don't push myself. It's a fantastic workout!!!
