Second best 24hr fitness in the area fountain valley is much cleaner and has a few machines that cypress doesn't

I’d like to start off saying I’ve always had positive interactions at this gym and I’m there daily, sometimes twice a day. However, recently in the last 6 months the gym has become increasingly disgusting. There is no cleaning being done whatsoever. The men’s locker room has a smell that has become worse and worse. The bathrooms and urinals are not being cleaned to the point it smells almost as bad as a porta potty (Strong overwhelming urine smell). The equipment is not being maintained either, it’s either indefinitely broken or taking an unreasonable amount of time to make minor repairs.

The locker room is always dirty( especially the toilets and showers)If you come in at 3 am, the guy at the front will disappear for long periods of time. I have to stand by the register and wait for 30 minutes to pay for an energy drink.

I love this gym. Been a member here for over a year now since I moved west. Love the entire staff except for today. Call this petty, but I appreciate greeting when you enter a gym. If not that, at the VERY minimum be attentive. Not stuck in your phone so deep that you literally make eye contact with someone, they make it a point to say “HI” and you barely open your mouth. You gen Z’er take your entitlement somewhere else. No need to been rude and not do your job because you having a day. Again, I felt bad writing this but I love this place and the people that work here I hold in high standards. Love to Angel, but this one hire, the little pale girl with the black hair maybe should be in a different position. Just my two cents.Thanks.

This 24 hours fitness is terrible!!! Restroom is filthy. We were ignored as we entered. It is not a safe space for all people. I brought my experience up to the manager and he literally didn't give a care. Just say "okay" is a non care matter. I left. As I walked around the gym he asked me what I needed. As if he was suspicious of my presence.

Good gym with large selection but not kept up well. Everyone is very nice but the machines are smelly and the dumbbell rack is a complete mess.
