The gym part is great, but I typically use the pool/hot tub/steam room early in the morning. The pool smells like sulfur sometimes and the hot tub seems like it’s closed fairly often. The steam room unfortunately smells pretty musty (worse than other locations). Didn’t used to be like this so not sure what’s changed?

Place is well equipped, and mostly clean. Most of the showers didn’t work right in the men’s locker room, and seemed dirty periodically. Most clientele is respectful except for your random old guy that finds in necessary to stretch naked in plain view.Cancellation policy is draconian, and requires 10 days notice to avoid getting billed for another month as well as emailing to an unlisted email address, or coming in person to actually cancel.

It was my first time joining a gym! And the lady that helped me sign up was friendly. I love the Aura of the employees. I got a little orientation and shown around the place. Equipment is always clean and easy to learn and use. Super excited to spend more time here.

It's a good friendly gym, I've never been treated badly by anyone guest or staff. You get a lot for the basic membership too. They have a lot of people during the week so sometimes you have to wait for your turn with certain things. Also the locker room has individual changing rooms with blow dryers. Its overall a very accommodating gym.

Its clean, staff is friendly. They also have a pool, hot tub, sauna, steam room, and massage chairs. I work weird hours so it's not busy when I go, but I bet it is busy at peak times. The equipment is all new and gets the job done.

Every time I visit this location, it is super clean and up to date on everything. I unfortunately misplaced my keys there this morning, and the staff was super helpful. Drew went back and looked at their security video footage and tried to help me retrace my steps. Thankfully he found them in a locker that I hadn't left them in. I just wanted to say that I've had memberships at several gyms, and there is a reason I choose Chuze. I am very impressed with the friendliness and helpfulness of their staff and the variety of services they offer.

Place is clean and legit, gentrification at it’s best. I’ve used to feel alright at this gym but, now i don’t even feel welcomed, the model was less attitude, more workout. Probably start doing what you preach. The prices are reasonable which comes with the crowd. I don’t even know why I keep paying here. Would probably not be renewing after my contract ends.

Always extremely clean. Front desk staff is always helpful and really friendly, they say your name when they are telling you goodbye, adds a personal touch. They offer a great variety of classes, have child care, tanning and hydro massages. What really sold me over for my membership was the hot tub, steam room, and sauna room. The equipment is all new and kept clean and up to date. I feel that I should be paying well over $20.00 but lucky Chuze has amazing rates and an amazing gym to back that up.

Great gym for the value. For two years I used the basic plan which provided me with everything I needed to work out. I never had to wait for a machine and they've always been clean. I now have the middle plan so I can use the pool. The pool is small, so it's rare to have a lane to yourself. Sharing can be awkward but hey, meet new people! The staff is very friendly and helpful. The locker rooms are clean, including the showers. The point system is great and I've earned enough points through attendance to receive a free combination lock. The tanning beds and hydromassage are awesome perks of the middle plan and are kept clean.

I love this gym! I've been coming here for a couple years now and staff is great and the facility is constantly being cleaned and disinfected which is something that is a must or I will simply find a new gym, but they do an amazing job at that! I love swimming and the steam room that's also great as well. Not too many people in there and everyone had been pretty respectful thus far, no complaints. I have had friends sign up and well as some family. They love it here as well! I highly recommend it! One thing I wish they had would be a basketball court. But other than that its great!
