I canceled my membership months ago ...months,....they sent me an email to sign, but I went into the store to sign it. They have been taking money from.my account for the same amount of time, without me being there. There's obviously record of that, there's also a sent email to me about cancelling my account, yet I could not be refunded any money back. After years of membership. Go to Vasa....you won't regret it

This gym has everything. They have all the equipment that most would want including additional equipment for relaxation message tables & chairs, Steam room, Sauna & pool. It has to be the cleanest gym anywhere. All the equipment is quickly repaired if needed but best of all is its extremely friendly staff. I would like to make a special mention of staff members, Cody, Kyle & Lexi.Rick Clauder

Chuze has terrible customer service when it comes time to cancel your policy. I moved several hours away from the closest chuze, and they make it impossible to cancel by phone. They said I could print something off and mail it to them but I do not own a printer. It shouldn't not be this hard to cancel a policy after being a loyal customer for several years. On top of this, to rub it in, they said they will keep billing me monthly indefinitely unless I pay them last month's dues which were more then I've ever paid for a month. I didn't even use this month. I guess make sure you cancel your policy on your last visit or they'll rake up charges and not let you cancel.

I enjoy coming to chuze and this location is usually pretty clean and the staff is always friendly. The parking lot of this locations is a bit crazy, always has been. Would be nice to see them update that. I do wish we could close a curtain or something while aqua fit classes are going on. I dislike having members just staring at us or trying to use the pool while we're working out, this is problem at multiple locations. Members also need to respect the class instructor when they ask them politely to stop interrupting class or using the kick boards as seat cushions in the steam room, they're for working out and we put them close to our faces stop putting your sweaty butts on them. I'm not sure why it's so hard to let the people work out for 1 hour and keep out of the pool and stop staring!

Today I went in for a tour and signed up for a gym membership. I was welcomed in by the staff. Specifically by Marissa and she was superb at her job. She was so informative. She was bubbly and welcoming and everything I was looking for in the employee culture. She confidently knew all the ins and outs of the gym. She always made sure to acknowledge my concerns and address anything that I brought up. She was also very professional and honest regarding the mask requirements. Meeting her made me feel pretty comfortable at the gym. I’m not one who would ever go ask someone up front how to use a machine but, She even said to come and ask the staff and we’d be more than happy to show you which in itself is so intimidating sometimes so to hear the willingness to help others in an anxious moment was lovely. Thanks for your help Marissa! :)

The staff is always friendly and it is always so clean. They deep clean every inch every night by my insights. Many people do not follow the mask mandate here so if that’s an issue, which I assume it is at every gym, I don’t recommend. But in every other sense, I love this gym!!!

Here it is, I love this gym. It is always clean, staff members are always polite and professional. The down side and the reason for only 3 stars comes from such poor gym etiquette out of almost half the members. Now I am very fat from being perfect, but people are always working out right on top of the dumbbell racks, so now you have to wait to grab a set, I have noticed multiple times, more often than not, members will leave the urinal/stall area and walk right past the sinks and out to the gym floor without washing there hands, and a lot of people use the infrared sauna while dripping wet even though the sign says "DRY CLOTHING ONLY", which results in wet socks and shorts........like I said. I am far from perfect myself, but let's bring etiquette and COMMON SENSE back into society 👍

As far as gyms go, I give this a 3/5. I found that there wasn’t much space in the free weights and The lighting was pretty bad. A lot of the space was taken up by machines, which can be great for some. For me, I like a bigger free weights / dumbbell section. It’s weird that they take your license # when they sign you up for a week membership. As for the staff; they are super friendly and nice, they made me feel very welcomed.

I was with Chuze almost two years, would've stayed but it's 20 minutes one way from my house and gas prices. Anyways, they were always cleaning when I went in. At first I hated the gym cause they only had 3 racks and then they added two more and a deadlift platform which made it a more reasonable amount of time to wait for a rack. Staff is super friendly and nice. I had zero problems canceling; I just did it with the front desk, the online option seems more complex than necessary. Just remember you have to cancel within so many days of the next billing cycle, so before I signed up with another gym I just asked when I could cancel and when the last day my membership would be good for.
