We did a double date night at emotion and had a great experience! The space is absolutely incredible and so well thought out. We opted for the smash and chill package. After a tough year- decorating the wine bottle with our thoughts and emotions and then smashing them on the wall was FAR MORE therapeutic then I would have thought. The chill room was perfect- we could have stayed in there all night! Sad we didn’t get to utilize the workout space, but we definitely admired all the equipment and artwork and can’t wait to come back for a sweat sesh. Every community should have access to a space like this!

Phenomenonal! Amazing! Mind blowing! Top Notch! Effing just fantastic all around! Okay! First of all… sorry Erica it has taken me this long to review! That shows how much of a space cadet I am and all over the place as a host! Anyway, I booked this venue for my daughters sweet 16 and it was absolutely mind blowing of a space! From the amazing customer service and flexibility to f my girl Erica… and e.motion it was the most memorable experience! It was a mini night club! super affordable for a single mama doing everything to make my girls fell special! Would highly recommend a million times over!

WOW!! I can’t wait to come back with friends and family!! Erica is amazing and she makes you feel seen and heard. I love everything about this place! Art work is also unbelievable!!

On Mother's Day 2023, my daughter provided an amazing gift to me, her mom, and her "aunt" of a unique experience at E-Motion Fitness. I had no idea what the experience was to be as we donned "white suits" and protective eye gear. Erika, the concept creator and owner, instructed us on the safety details, objectives of the experience and our preferences for music, letting us loose to express and expel our frustrations onto brick walls with bottles of paint. The bottle room walls, chill room and exercise studio are covered with spectacular eclectic art murals by local talent. I recommend this experience to anyone and everyone. At 70 years of age, I thoroughly enjoyed it!

This place is one of a kind, and so is Erica, the owner and the genius behind this concept!! I took my mom and auntie here and we had a powerful afternoon- we were able to connect with ourselves and each other in a way we hadn’t before. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants a unique experience, and who could benefit from Erica’s guidance in being able to release pent up emotions. I would come here for birthdays, bachelorette parties, divorce parties, and everything in between— it is a perfect way to get mindful and set an intention for the next chapter of life. Thank you!!!

Brought my team in for a fun corporate outing and it was fantastic. 10 out of 10, would recommend for any team looking to improve culture and come together to connect. Erica is an incredible hostess and helped us have a ton of fun!

One of the best team building activities I've ever been a part of! Erica guides you through the full process like a pro - getting everyone comfortable enough to not only talk about their real emotions, but work through them together as a team - all while having an absolute blast. Will definitely be coming again!
