The employees at this location are rude and often disrespectful. They make it a very unwelcoming environment, and don’t understand how to help the guests. I would recommend avoiding this location, as other locations provide much better hospitality.

The staff is more concerned with their commissions that they fail to help out their current new members or to even take a second to show them how the vending machine or whatever works when they forget the mat/towel.To concerned with sales and lacking basic customer service!Very disappointed right now…

The community at HOTWORX is great, the staff is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I love the uniqueness of combining infrared technology and HIIT. My health has greatly improved since becoming a member! I love my gym!

As a doctor of chiropractic and health research fanatic I have to say this place is amazing. The health benefits of training in a sauna are limitless, and HOTWORX delivers an amazing facility to accomplish a state of the art training session efficiently. The staff are always awesome and the facility is always clean as well.

I love going to HOTWORX!! I get much more out of my workout in less time and love the detox from the infrared sauna. I feel so much better after I go and have stuck with it 4-5x/week for almost a year! I definitely feel stronger and have toned up and gained more muscle! I highly recommend it!!

This is my second home! I have been a member for almost a year now and have attended a workout session almost every single day. This studio is always very clean and professional. The staff is incredibly nice, supportive and fun to be around. They are always helping me find better ways to cross train and give my body what it needs to be its best version. Booking online is so convenient and if you call ahead they will ensure your sauna is heated and ready to roll! Truly a highlight of my day to go to HOTWORX - Westminster.

Great place, staff, and workout. No need to do the free session as I just joined. Very happy with my first workout and many more to come. It is a fabulous environment, very clean and highly rated. And a great price. I love that it’s a 24 hour seven day a week work out with several security cameras on site. In many types of work out to choose from. It’s no excuses needed if you want to work out.
